Worked there for a day, ended up finding a better job so I let. Abigail know. Over 1 month passed still no paycheck. Finally talked to her and she had the NERVE to say "I'm sorry you're hurting so bad for money" UNPROFESSIONAL. my financial info is NONE of your business. That's MY money. Employers need to get It together. Not the first manager I've worked with that can't follow how to mind your business. Corpus managers need to do better. They do not care about us.

Worst customers service ever!!! I had to put one star 😠😠😠 I went in to this cricket at 11:04am on 07/24/21 to help my dad get his phone switched over to cricket. The general manager was so rude to me and my dad. I told her I wanted to switch my dad's phone over to cricket and this lady ignored me. Then my dad told her the same thing. She started whisper on purpose so my dad couldn't here her. I told her he couldn't hear her. She started getting aggressive saying the only plan my dad could choose was the $60 plan and nothing else. I told her the only plan my dad wanted was the $55 plan because he's on a fixed income. She just kept being rude stating we can only get the $60 plan over and over again. We left since she was being unnecessary rude. I've have two bad incidents with this cricket. Instead of changing my dad's provider to cricket I'm just gonna change it to Metro since they were actually nice to my 67-year-old dad.

This is the second time I visited this particular location. The first time I visited my experience was great. This time was the worst service I have ever experienced. When I first walked in the store today I had my mask on even though I don’t have to wear it by law because I have been vaccinated. However I had my mask over my mouth and not my nose because this humid weather is making it difficult for me to breathe but I wanted to respect their sign that masks were required which is a bunch of BS. The lady there told me to put it over my nose and I told her it didn’t matter because I am vaccinated and she said it’s their policy. The reason I went in there is because I just bought 2 new phones for my kids 2 days ago. I was told that if I had issues in. 7 days I could bring the phone back. They gave me hell about returning the phone. They said I had to have my receipt, my box, my charger cord, my charger box and all the paperwork that came with it. Umm, I told them why should I have to have a receipt when for one the girl remembered selling me the phones 2 days ago. IT’S IN THEIR COMPUTER! I told them so. They said it didn’t matter. I told them I live in the country and it was at least a 30 minute drive. They still needed the receipt. I told her why do I have to have the charger cord and charger box and she said they were different. Ummmm, I BOUGHT THE SAME DANG PHONES. I had purchased a third phone yesterday from a different cricket store and that one was the same too. Then I asked why they couldn’t just exchange the phone and keep the box because I already had all the other stuff and she said POLICY. What the heck? Stupid BS! Same phone, same cord, same box, same instruction manual, same EVERYTHING. So I left. Then I called customer service. Wait time was 16 minutes on the phone. Called 5 times Repeated myself 5 times. NOBODY GOT IT. Where do they get their employees? The girl helping me told me “you can file on your insurance and pay 10.00 for another phone. Ummm. THE PHONE IS 2 DAYS OLD! Why do I have to pay money for a 2 day old phone? Then she said “if you don’t want to pay for it you can call it on your warranty and it won’t cost a dime. I asked how do I have insurance on the phone when I didn’t order insurance for it. Well she said cricket automatically adds insurance to your phones. They didn’t ask if I wanted insurance! Then they add 25.00 to an upgrade fee. Then they add 15.00 for activation. Then they add 10.00 for SIM card. By the time you get through you pay a lot to get another phone. Then they done cover the damn phone when it’s 2 days old! So when I called cricket about it the guy said “if you can’t find your receipt you can claim warranty so he transferred me to warranty. So I had to go through the spill for the fourth time at this point and after I got through talking to warranty the guy hung up on me. So there I go calling for the FIFTH time on hold for 16 minutes! I said I wanted to talk to a supervisor. He said well warranty doesn’t kick in until after 7 days. So that gave him a right to hang up on me? But the girl at cricket DID NOT TELL ME I HAD TO WAIT PAST THE SEVENTH DAY! I haven’t gotten home yet but gojng to go see if I can find the receipt. I never keep them because if they already have it in the computer then Why is it a big deal? Anyway, this message is being copied so I can make other reviews on this store and am getting online when I get home to make a report to FCC. They can handle this. I have always loved cricket but this is ridiculous. This particular store sucks.

Realy good costumer service here.I live close to a cricket store and i am more then happy to walk all the way to this store becouse they are extremely helpful and considerate.They have help me time and time again with all my issue s ect.

I actually had to go to 2 different stores since they each had one phone and I needed 2. The manager here, Alondra, was fantastic! I had a horrible experience at the flour bluff store and honestly considered changing services. However, she made me want to stay! She was great, kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to the needs my daughter and I had. I will definitely be shopping at this specific location from this point on. Thank you ladies!

So ive have cricket for a while and have been thinking about switching and just havent but let me tell you what happened this last week I didnt know my account was on auto pay so i made my payment on the app and then i found out it took it off auto pay after i had already made the payment i go into this store to see if i can get one of the payments back and the women i asked for help was soooo rude pretty much what she told me was that she couldnt help me that i would be credited for next month and went on to let me know that if i had a more expensive plan i would have better service and would have high speed internet which i thought i already had but apparently dont because i have the $30 plan i do t know it might just be me but i honestly feel like she shouldve been in the front and that experience sealed the deal for me im switching...
