3 hours ago Employees are very rude and care nothing about helping beyond the sale. They lie and when you ask why they turn the blame onto customers . Will not give you names to complain about and will not give you any contact information for supervisors The man at the Portland store that is the manager and worked May 18, 2022 at 7:29 pm actually threatened me to ask for his supervisor again after he gets off work and see what he tells me then. Totally shocked that your customer service is this offensive and self righteous I am changing my service right away And looking for owner info for this business is crazy hard. Very sketchy and hidden by Harry Phan so makes sense why the employees are the worst service people everywhere I would not tell anyone me name either if I acted like your people do.

Great customer service. Store is always clean and sales representatives are well informed about their products. People that left comments that this store is dirty must have mistaken this store for the one by H.E.B. All ever get is a pleasant shopping experience when I go there. Must try for everyone, you won't be disappointed. One extremely happy customer.
