Worst pharmacy the people here are so rude in the pharmacy department!!! Know I remember why I never use them!!! They won’t answer the phone and keep delaying prescription.

From a healthcare standpoint, the pharmacy is lacking in professionalism and courtesy. They do not answer phones and if they do, they pick it up and place you on hold with no notice and/or just hang up.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. At 2:30 I was told my prescriptions wouldn’t be ready until 4:00. I returned at 4:00 and waited in line 30 minutes and they still weren’t ready. When I finally returned home, I realized they didn’t include one of my prescriptions. I would advise anyone to use another pharmacy under any circumstances. Trust me, it will be the best decision you make. I will never walk in this Walgreens again. Ever.

I came to print out some photos today at this location 6707 W Northwest Hwy dallas Tx 75225 at 7:30pm date 08/13/22 did my order left and came back later to pick up! The African American that had a bald haircut style she is a supervisor/manager came to assist me with a big attitude instead of her saying hello good evening what can I help you with? She approached me by saying what do you want? In a very rude manner I said I’m here for pick up! She said for what? I said for photos and she still went on saying for what??? I had told her I don’t like the way you are speaking to me you can change your tone and ask me what’s my confirmation or name and last name she did not! she said I’m not going to help you if my attitude bothers you! you can leave also stated she doesn’t care! And will not apologize! I was okay and walked away! I went to the register to ask for a manager so Shannon the cashier called for a manager on the phone and there you go the same lady that assisted me came so she argued with me back and forth also the cashier Shannon was holding her back I decided to walk away! this store is really unprofessional, rude and disrespectful if you don’t like to work with people well then working at Walgreens especially as manager is not for her please do something you can also read the bad reviews in this location.

I am absolutely appalled. I sent in my film to be developed almost 4 weeks ago and was told today that it was never put in the system. The sales associates answered to me in the worst attitude and showed no interest to help. The walgreens manager needs to check in with their workers and make sure they have the right attitude to help others or they should be fired. 35 photos have been lost and I encourage no one to trust them with their pictures ever again.

Terrible pharmacy. Customer service is nonexistent. Pharmacy leaves you on hold for over 30 min on average. They don’t care. Do business elsewhere.

This is the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever used. Save yourself the time and trouble and find a different pharmacy. Spent an hour trying to get a refill because they input my date of birth wrong and were blaming the insurance company for rejecting the refill. Only to find the pharmacy put my date of birth wrong on the request. This is just one of several issues.

Terrible pharmacy. Poorly managed and poorly staffed. Every time I went my meds weren't ready, despite being bombarded by the Walgreens app, emails, and calls that they were, in fact, ready. Save yourself the angst of dealing with these folks and find another pharmacy that actually cares about its customers.

Disappointed to have to confirm that the previous poor reviews are 100% true. I would not entrust this location with time sensitive or life-saving medication due to incompetencies at even the most basic levels - it took weeks for them to activate text reminders for me. You will wait for a half hour whether you are in the drive thru, on the phone or in line. Calls are first directed to an offsite call center and then maybe redirected after 30 minutes. Their operating model needs a major overhaul to do justice to all involved.

This pharmacy is a complete joke. I am a prescriber and waited over 45 min to place a Rx.. later regarding my own Rx I got a text that it was out of stock but no additional info. I have literally been on hold an hour trying to find out what is going on and no one will answer. Totally ridiculous. Worst place ever. If I could give zero stars I would. Waited another hour talked to the manager Luis…not even sure he can spell his own name. They didn’t care at all about our prescription or their lack of customer service or patient care. They should all be fired. How does this place stay open? Look at the other reviews. At least they get five stars for being consistently awful in all reviews
