Awful place. I couldn't order one time because the system was down, another their ovens weren't working, again, their systems were down (paid in cash). Last time, I was charged $15 more. Ordered through deals on the app. Called to ask why and was told some garbage about online being different from their restaurant. Said pizzas were $17.99 and $2.25 for extra cheese and that's why the total was $40.50, what happened to the taxes? Given pathetic excuses time and time again. And both pizzas didn't have extra cheese. Don't bother getting pizzas from this poorly ran, pathetic location.

This place is consistently bad whenever I order here. Delivery takes 40 minutes longer than told, pizza and sides are always cold, even with carryout. I'd rather drive the 30 minutes to and from University Pizza Hut just to get better pies than this place. Extremely dissapointing.

Ordered from this establishment it was supposed to be delivered be 6:30pm didnt arrive till 7:10 all cold called the store and spoke to the manager and he refused to give refund or take pizza back..its not the first time stupid me for continuing to order from here.

Yesterday I ordered from them and they said they were gonna take 1hr to delivered. Well it took 2/3 hrs to deliver and my food was cold. Very disappointed.

I order from this Pizza Hut often, the staff is friendly, my order is always correct and placed where I ask them to place it outside my house. The pasta is a little dry but you just need to ask for extra sauce and that makes it amazing. Love the wings also.

This location for Pizza Hut is AWESOME! My order is always right. My deliveries are super quick! The people delivering are responsible, kind, courteous, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is right!

This place is HORRIBLE! I ordered 2 large pizzas and cheese sticks. My order was set to arrive on February 14, 2021 at 5:45 PM. *45 minutes after 5:45 PM* My order just arrived. Not only is the pizza basically stone cold, but my cheese sticks never made it to my house. This is just one out of many terrible experiences. If it’s not the cheese sticks, then it’s the wings, if it’s not the wings, then it’s the pizza. And forget trying to complain, my entire family has been calling for almost an hour and still no answer. Horrible customer service, horrible delivery system, horrible food outcomes. I’m sorry, but this place lost a family of customers. This place won’t see us again, unless there is new management. And I hope to get a response from the owner.

Great service from the guy at the drive thru ordered the pizza at the wrong location pizza and wings 49.00 at the other pizza hut guy here at the Alamo rd and Bosque used store coupons I ended up paying 36.00 dollars 👍👍
