This location has always given my family and I the best service. Staff is friendly, fast and efficient! We often do walk-ins right when they open and we are in and out within 15 minutes. Thank you vista del Sol staff!

Front desk knows absolutely nothing about HIPPA and commit to the violations. The time I was there, front desk staff continually asked patients what type of test they were there for and who was the Doctor, loud enough for the people in the lobby to hear what type of test the patient was there for and what was their insurance, private information people in the lobby shouldn’t need to hear. When I was called, as I walked up to the window, I was asked about my insurance, whether I had insurance and told my lab work was not on file nor in their computer - all within earshot of the people in the lobby. After a second look, my lab work was indeed found. Front desk staff is not courteous nor friendly. Phlebotomist, on the other hand, was friendly, warm and no pain with needle stick getting my blood work. If you go to this site, expect for people in the lobby to know why you’re there what type of insurance you have.

Lab Corp opens at 7 am. I arrived a bit after 7:30. Maybe 2 people ahead of me. I did her the front desk employees talking non work related instead of attending people. I checked in with the online computer they have there. Maybe 10 minutes of waiting in lobby I got called to the back. Waited another 10-15 minutes watching other people come in & leave after me. Finally a tech ask if I've been helped & her excuse was their computer system was slow & didn't show that I was checked in & waiting for a drug screening. Afterward everything went smoothly.

Went in for a preemployment screen. The personnel are professional, clean, and fast. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. MUCH smoother and nicer people than "their competitors."

Slow service staff doesn’t acknowledge or tell you what to do. Very poor experience compared to other lab experiences I’ve had at Quest diagnostics where you are taken in immediately even with plenty of people in living room.

The personnel here are friendly and very knowledgable. I use their online site to schedule my appointments for lab and my wait time when I arrive is minimal. My favorite place to go for lab work and I recommend this lab for family and friends.

Myself and my service dog in training were treated amazing! The phlebotomist was the best I've ever had! I was in and out in a timely fashion! They were super accommodating!!!! I would definitely recommend and go back myself!

Confused and Unprofessional Staff. Did not have an appointment but had to come in for a drug screen. Signed in at 1340 (1:40PM). Sat down. Waited to be called. Front desk staff yells "Come in please!!!". I walk up to the window. "Sign in and have a seat." At this point I'm confused as I already signed in. Sit back down and wait to be called. Three patients who arrive after me get called to the window. Two proceed inside. 1355 (1:55). Still waiting. Friend who came with me for the same test goes in and comes out within 5 minutes. Staff talking about personal lives and sharing cell phone pictures at the window. 1400 (2:00) I proceed to the window and ask when I'm going to be seen as I have been waiting since 1340 (1:30). She apparently "missed" calling me as she overlooked my name on the sign in sheet. Staff takes my ID and asks me to sit back down. Staff on their cell phones talking about personal lives. Thankfully the Lab Tech who assisted me had great customer service skills and was very professional. Ended up leaving at 1410 (2:10). Long story short: Waited 30 minutes in an almost empty office to give a urine sample. Would suggest retraining front desk staff. Gives a bad impression of the over all lab site.
