Being a label aficionado I love Ross. This store though didnt really meet my expectations. For the most part clothes were sort of sorted out. Of course there were a couple of good deals, but it sort of felt like leftovers. Even the selection was a little weak. Honestly I would go to the Burlington on Yarborough.

They discriminate. I dont know how the LP assumed that 1. I speak Spanish and 2. Am a thief cause I was told that they only accept cash when others were paying with cards. She should be fired. She's a short girl around 5 feet to 5'1" black hair. Either that fire everyone there.

Here on vacation visiting family. Selection is good. Cashier is kinda rude. Does. It say thank you or you’re welcome.

I just have to say, if the lady named elen is a manager there, then it is no wonder they are short staffed. Who the hell would want to work under people like that. There was a line out the door, and only 2 cashiers. One cashier dedicated to the returns line, and the other to the tsunami of customers. By the way, Ross life hack.. always have something to return/exchange if you want to skip the line. Anyway, I’m watching this poor girl rush through every transaction, calling next customer after customer with no end in sight. Meanwhile, her shameless colleague or manager just stood there looking incredibly busy putting hangers on the rack. At some point there were 3 people behind the counter, one being Ellen, but only one actually working. If you’re thinking of applying here, DON’T. That much abuse is not worth the pay. if you’re thinking of shopping here, bring a chair, your patience, and hopefully an item to exchange so that you don’t have to wait more 45 min to pay. DO SOME WORK ELEN. you guys close at 11, the hangers can wait.

Affordable household goods, shoes, and clothing. However, hooks in the dressing rooms are missing! Where are we supposed to hang the clothes we are wanting to try on? I asked an associate but she was not interested in helping or notifying management. I took in 8 items and placed them in the sitting area, therefore I couldn't sit down to take my shoes off in order to try on some pants. Hooks are an absolute necessity! I imagine some people place clothing on floor. Something l would hate to do. Please, please, please bring back those hooks.

Love this place. Beautiful hearted people working here. Me & Mom shopped. Mom bought a beautiful brown dress or sarape throw over. With turquoise moccasins n house slippers for my brother. I'll post again.
