Not worth coming into the store if you want to come in with your kids . Employee will make rude comments over intercom about your children being “too loud or to control your kids” when they are excited to see holiday displays. They will follow parents around the store like baby sitters making it uncomfortable to shop around . Horrible experience.

Sundays they close at 8 pm but this store had the front doors locked by 7:30 pm. The lady at the front yelled right at you as you walked in as she held the door open “ I’m closing in less than 10 minutes and if you need to, come back tomorrow!” Then about 5 minutes later she can on the intercom “ I’m closing the store in 5 minutes! “ Just pure facts so if anyone is trying to show up within the last hour maybe think twice or your be yelled at 30 minutes before they close .

doesn’t deserve one star to begin with. African American cashier told me as I went in to the store I had to leave my “backpack” in the front. It’s not a backpack it’s a diaper bag. I had my baby with me. why would I leave my bag in the front of the store full of people.

I came here to shop and as I was walking around I heard a shop worker complaining about some items that were placed in the wrong spot, she was throwing a tantrum, stating that she couldn't stand trashy customers. It felt as though she was pointing blame toward me in general, even though I just walked down that aisle to shop, mind you, I only looked, if I picked anything up, it was put back. It gave me some terrible vibes. I almost wanted to put all my items back and leave, but I proceeded to check out. As I got in line, the worker continued her rant, but she got more angry and her complaining got louder, she was basically screaming. I understand some shoppers are not courteous to clean up their messes, but her outbursts were unprofessional. I don't know if I feel comfortable returning to this location. I will say the man checker there was very professional and did a great job, I could tell he was embarrassed by her actions.

Not sure what the deal is with this location but I went recently and they had zero shopping carts available. That’s not the first time I’ve gone in and not been able to use a cart. It’s not even that everyone else was using the carts, there were just none that were usable- the 2 or 3 carts in the store were full of boxes. People (including myself) were having to lug around a hand basket full to the brim which is not fun. They also are consistently out of stock of many things, especially in the craft & birthday sections.

I was grabbing a few things like over 300 item to create shelters care packages. Lorraine and Denise were awesome they provided items still in the boxes so that we wouldn't have to count out over hundred items they gave was items before they stocked them. I have never had such great customer service I recommend everyone stop at the Dollar Tree in Grand Prairie
