I love going to Dollar General for their prices, but this store is so disappointing, disgusting and horribly run. The shelves are empty. The floors are so disgusting and grimy. I feel like I need to shower when I leave this location. The drinks are never stocked. The managers are slacking and are not counting their outs or even stocking the store. The entire place is a wreck and the merchandising is horrible. One of the managers was literally lying on the floor in the middle of the aisle. I was embarrassed for them. This store needs a new team and to be cleaned for once.

This is the best Dollar General in Irving. Gabe, the manager is always very helpful, polite and friendly. Am always looking forward to do my quick shopping at this location. Keep up the good work!

I have done multiple online pick up orders in the past 3 weeks alone. My order always get “canceled” for unknown reasons. When it doesn’t get cancel, my full list of inventory I needed is not available despite the app saying it’s in stock. DG is trash. It’s annoying having several bad experiences despite giving the store the benefit of the doubt.

My wife and I stop by to purchase some Christmas items to give to our Daughter's and help on their new home decorations and I'm not sure why they had only one Cashier that made us wait on line for little too long unnecessarily After 15 long minutes finally someone else open second register and we were on our way to Waco TX But prices are very decent and affordable For large size family as ours

Look at these photos no store should look like this. You have workers eating at the register.That is unprofessional. No matter when I go in there it's always a mess.

Store and most of the employees are great, no issues. Shop here often. However, this time there was a person that was stocking and was very clearly not happy about it. Slamming things, pushing things, etc. Very loud noises and very rude demeanor. Just ridiculous behavior. Hoping he wasn't a DG employee and was perhaps a products rep or something. Either way, he needs to not have that job if he is just going to affect so many people negatively.
