This is one of the best team of workers that I have witnessed. Everyone who was available was helping someone. I went in and there was a long waitlist but the team did a great job of assuring me that I was going to be attended to.

The staff were GREAT!! Although I had to go to the Woodlands for a phone the staff helped as much as they could especially Tameka. If you go there ask for her she will make sure you leave satisfied and with an answer.

This is a great store. Juan cleared up an issue for me that the other store on Medford, next to Target, totally screwed up because they just wanted to make a sale. Juan verified my account and that a new upgrade was correct. Juan is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store for great help and knowledgeable staff.

Ryan helped us out after the other Lufkin t-mobile store lied to us and didn't credit us the $400 promotion. We talked to them and they just told us to call ourselves. There were no other customers in the store. However, he added the promotion to the account for us. He explained to us everything that went wrong at the other store and apologized, though it was not his store's fault. He was super nice as well. The other store also talked us into the max plan that we did not need. Ryan helped us figure out the best plan for us that will also saved us some money because we're not using Hotspot or other things like that. Thank you, Ryan!! We were going to cancel our plan, but you treated us well and we decided to keep our service. PS Ryan is a new manager, so if you have had a poor previous experience then you may want to try again.

I am struggling with this post. I know this will sound "corny" and "made-up" but you have my word, it is not. I have never had such an enjoyable experience with a cell phone company and employee/s as I did today at T Mobile in Lufkin Texas. Cyn went out of her way to fix my phone issue and guess what, she did fix my phone issue. She was determined to say the least that I leave with a cell phone that worked. T Mobile has a number one bunch of techs at this location. Check'em out, you won't be disappointed.

Stressed over "upgrade required" email. Clerks checked our phones & still good to go-NO upgrade required & no learning a new phone!!!! Friendly, knowledgeable staff!!

Worst service ever. Sales guy left us in the dark for a while with no update or anything. Tried to 4 lines family plan switching over. We wanted trade iPhone 6 for iPhone 11 with the promotion going on. And 3 phones but they went to the back and came back with some crazy as number . The sales guy said. “What’s the most you can pay today?” - A better question would be.. “what’s the minimum down payment.?” I asked for the manager but he never came out. He didn’t take his job seriously. That guy needs to be replaced!! I would recommend better people that motivated to help customers out not rip them off.
