Trying to do curbside here is a joke. No matter what time slot you choose there are never any curbside spots to park in. You spend 30min going round and round in their ridiculously tight parking lot (extremely poor planning) before you able to pull into one. At which point you’ve missed your pickup window. This Sunday in particular was especially fun because for whatever reason they decided to put cones out in front of 4 of the curbside spots. Given you even less places to park and on the arguably busiest day of the week. This place is an utter joke, and leaves a bad mark on the H‑E‑B brand.

So extremely appreciative to Kirsten, Julisa, and Nick for assisting me after hours on blowing up balloons. Although floral/balloon business hours were over, they went out of their way to help me. My daughter's 5th birthday is tomorrow and I really wanted to surprise her when she wakes up. I couldn't get to the store sooner due to work so I'm extremely grateful. My daughter will be so happy. Thank you all for making it happen!

I should be the poster child for this store. My favorite place to shop. Fresh quality food, easy shopping and friendly staff. Also stop by and see Mary at the cooking station. This lady is amazing at what she does because she loves it and she makes all the recipes look so easy. I just about buy everything she sells bc she explains recipes so well and also give you other way to use product. She is just an outstanding woman and HEB is so Lucy to have her on board. She's a keeper!

I really like this H‑E‑B, but the cashier sometimes ruins the experience. Today, the cashier didn’t greet me as I was putting my groceries to get checked out. This doesn’t happen all the time, but I notice when dealing with the African American women cashiers, they have a very bad attitude. I say this because I’m African American as well, so it bothers me when they are nicer to non African American customers, but when I spend my money, I’m treated totally different. Other than that, my experience was great as usual.

Huge effort to get cigarettes. They have them at every checkout aisle, in a limited supply. So you can't get them at self checkout. And then because they have such a limited amount at whatever aisle you may be at if they don't have your brand then they still have to go and get the key from the supervisor to get your pack from the main glassed in area that has all the cigarettes and then they do accept digital coupons but that was another hurdle as the woman at the register wasn't sure if they did so she had to ask her supervisor about that who responded that they don't normally take them but if it scans then they'll take it otherwise they won't. It did scan I did get my brand but it was a huge hassle in doing so.

Great store with nice selection but you need to fire your Hallmark rep. For months now I have been flagging this but to no success. Every time I go to buy a greeting card, there are consistently NO ENVELOPES! Seriously! Not just missing behind one or two cards but 95% of them! Hallmark would never stand for this if they knew.

Great grocery store chain in Texas. They have fresh produce and vegetables available every day. You can find literally all of your grocery needs here. The checkout process is usually easy since they typically have a lot of lanes open. Their gas prices are also some of the best prices you will find in the city. I love H‑E‑B… but this is GROSS!!!! A hair sealed into the hotdog packaging…. What makes it worse is that this was bought through online ordering and they didn’t even notice the hair sealed into the packaging. Disappointing and unsanitary. Just nasty.
