I was able to get a bunch of outlet timers that were significantly better than Walmart's for just .30 more. I returned 4 of 5 I'd bought from WM. Didn't even work! These all work, have a double outlet vs. Single, time in 15 vs. 30min increments and are much easier to program. I explored the store. I'll definitely be back!

We shopped for some camping supplies and this place definitely has some of the lower prices for tools, shop equipment, and lawn tools compared to other hardware stores. Large selections. Like other Harbor Freights, it's clean and organized.

9/25/2022 - Harbor Freight Tools 7523 26 Blvd, North Richland Hills, TX $164.96 Transaction #993919 Today's transaction did not process correctly. After punching in my debit card pin 2 times it was telling Lisa the cashier a denied transaction. When I logged into my bank on my phone I could see that a Harbor Freight withdrawal for the same amount coming out of my checking account. Asking for the manager a female manager(no name tag) and a male manager(Brandon) came to the register and were incredibly insensitive and completely reluctant to be helpful in any way. These 2 could do nothing except tell me it was not a valid transaction and I was just going to have to trust that $164.95 was going to "roll off" (as Brandon put it) with no time frame or documentation of this transaction taking place at all. I asked several times for documentation indicating this transaction did not process however I was denied repeatedly. It wasn't until my husband requested to void the transaction and walk him through a transaction history that I was finally provided with some kind of documentation of what was happening. Brandon still did not want or know how to provide the information I was requesting and expected me to walk out of his store with a charge to my account and no merchandise or documentation. I had to leave the store with a charge to our account and no merchandise. Even though this charge will fall off in a day or two this is an incredible inconvenience. In the event you are unaware of how checking accounts work, once a pending charge is swiped through a business system, my available funds decrease until the charge either clears or falls off. You're a professional company. I am a mother of 3 and your unprofessional error has severely hindered my family for who knows how long because no one there could tell me when this transaction would "roll off" Edit to say: Thank you Jeff Skopek for acknowledging my difficulties on this day.

0 stars for customer service. Cashier by name of Leticia (younger lady with facial tattoos), was beyond rude and aggressive. I purchased $150 car polishing kit which included an orbital, 3 compounds, and 3 pads. I live 5 mins up the road, as I got home and unpacked everything I noticed one of the pads were used and dirty. I return to the store 12 MINUTES LATER time stamp on the receipt, and she claimed I touched and or used them and rudely said “she’s doubts her boss will exchange them”. Fast forward her boss shows up and guess what, he exchanged the item. Leticia was arguing with another customer during my first visit in the store which drew attention to her register. If you can just stay are from Harbor Freight in North Richland Hills, or at least Leticia.

Ok tools at good prices. I was looking for a shop broom but there weren't any on the floor. An employee looked in the back and emerged with my new broom. And this was 10 minutes before closing. Great customer service.

Saw they have a good price on gas can. I forgot my coupon, cause I left my phone at home. If I had not made a special trip I would not have bought anything.

Sean has fantastic customer service. I drove all around the metroplex looking for an engine hoist, and he called other stores to find one and have one held for me until I arrived.

The burly faced manager bends the rules for some but doesn't for others so UNPROFESSIONAL. This store also needs some scrubbing. Never had a manager that was so reluctant to be helpful when I'm spending over $600. This location needs some serious help with their staff & store

I go here for cheap stuff. I understand they are trying to increase quality but if it costs as much as the big Hardware stores, I'll go to them. Better trip today. Found what I needed and didn't spend a fortune.
