I always go to them for an inspection when renewing my license tags. Every employee that works at this location is courteous, kind, professional, informative, and efficient. They speak to you respectfully and they are gentlemen, even opening doors for you. That is so uncommon these days. I recommend them highly for quality service. Thanks y’all!!

Rolled up on a Wed. afternoon and we got right to it (no line at that moment, but I ended up beating the crowd as I took off). They were nice enough to let me stay in the truck as I had the doggo with me and got to to the oil change right quick, making a few recommendations along the way (which I took/added to the service). They worked at a good pace (not too fast/sloppy, but not too slow). During the process the crew and I had some good conversations about a few topics (no boring small talk) while they worked and I sat in the vehicle windows down. Shared a few laughs, and after all was said and done they went over everything with me carefully and made sure I understood all the work that had been performed. Such a very cool and down to earth crew (hell, I'd have a beer with them). Would absolutely go back for my next oil change. Well done y'all! 👍 Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I arrived at 10:00 for a State Inspection. Two bays had cars waiting for parts to be delivered and could not be moved. The third bay was available and had two customers in front of me. Not a problem - I expected to wait a bit. Just after 11:00, someone came to tell me it would be a little bit longer - there was no one around that was qualified to do an inspection. I understand having to wait my turn, but I would have liked to have been told that no one was present to do an inspection - come back later. I would have run errands and came back later in the day. Communication that the service was not available at the time should have been told to the customer up front, not over an hour after waiting!

Excellent service. All workers I dealt with were polite. Clean building and short wait time. Shout out to Anthony and the young man, didn’t get his name, that worked on my car. Will definitely be back and recommend friends.

Anthony came outside to my car and explained the prices for an oil change. After I decided to get the oil change; which did not take long; he walked me into the waiting area. Upon completion Anthony introduced me to Jay, whom he was training. After payment, Jay extended his arm and walked me to my car, along with Anthony. It was not just me. I saw him treat everyone with the same courtesy! It was the best experience ever! Service: Oil change

We always take our truck to this Jiffy Lube, & they take good care of it. Our intake filter, which is behind the glove box was pretty dirty & had leaves stuck to it. They replaced it along with doing our oil change. We've always been happy with these guys, & they're always very nice to us. It's our go to Jiffy Lube for our oil change.

0/10 would not recommend. Employees were polite and friendly but it doesn’t distract from the abject dissatisfaction I’m left with. 6/28 car inspected. Told if my husband bought tires from them they would pass the inspection and install the tires the next day. 6/29 and two hours later they told us they were too busy and to come back the next day. 6/30 and two hours later they told us they were too busy and to come back the next day. 7/1 and two hours later and the tires were finally placed on the car. 7/1 once I got home I received a call saying they forgot my wheel lock key. I had to return and pick the key up, and retrieve two missing air valve caps. My husband took time off work 6/29-6/30 to return and have the tires placed. I took time off work 7/1. In total it was a four day odyssey. They had my husband pay up front so we were at their mercy. Money paid and services not rendered for days. If someone had called and told us not to come in until X-date since they were busy it would have been acceptable. Instead we just kept hearing “come back tomorrow for a service you’ve already paid for” They were really quite polite however after this odyssey we’ve had quite enough politeness. Four days. Three days waiting for already paid service. Three days taking time off work. Time wasted. Gas wasted. Work missed. But hey, my car has tires now… Edit: 7/10/22 I responded to the email provided by the owner concerning my experience, I was prompt. As of yet I have not heard back. I also sent a complaint to customer escalations and have not heard back at all. Just a run around in the hopes that you forget and leave it alone. Services: Oil change, Tires

There needs to be more than one person who can perform an state inspection so if one person is on lunch, your customer doesn't have to wait an hour until she returns. That would be good business management/Time management Other than that everything went smoothly.I would come back next to get my inspection.
