I come here almost every day to get my share of vuse pods and bang energy drinks since im a manager at whataburger and perpetually exhausted. The staff is amazing and friendly. This location is on my way to work so easy to stop by and very inviting atmosphere.

Their manager, Adrian, is homeless and sleeps in his car in the parking lot. He looks very unkempt as well. It’s very unappealing and unprofessional.

Horrible experience today at Race Track here in Plano on Spring Creek and 75... Air pressure pump was broken but did not have any sign, it accepted money as it would if it was in a working condition. Instead of inflating the tire, it deflated and made the Tire flat. No sense of customer service, no apology until I was so angry as I had no other way to move my car. Finally a man working there tried to help which did not work... Overall rubbish management.. please avoid the place unless you have no other option. Management: put a sign up to inform your customers that the machine is out of order if it is..

If I could rate this store a zero I would, the location on legacy is only a hair better. Pumps are always broken, expired canned sodas, employees have poor communication skills, always broken frozen drinks, way expired bananas, multiple prices on the same item, homeless lay on their tables, closed at 1am on Friday night and the list could really keep going. I know because I live down the street. On a side, $10 an hour gets you $10 an hour in work, based on the cost of living vs wage I'm surprised they can live anywhere in this area. Racetrac deserves an F in overall performance on the average C store in the area.

I had really bad experience today.The pumps here are terrible Didn’t even work I went inside to tell them the issues and The Black lady working there Roll her eyes on me.I don’t know if she’s the manager but it was unprofessional.If you not happy working there then leave,she was so rude and the guy there was rudest then her they both didn’t even help me. If I have an option I won’t give them one star so Ridiculous.

When I walked in the minute the cashier saw me she shook her head and made a very disturbing reaction because she saw me wearing my religious clothing. She said loud and clear “That’s oppression, that’s oppression and Jesus is gonna …” to her coworker who stood there and laughed. I was so disturbed that I walked right out leaving behind anything I was going to purchase. I was having a bad night but thank you for making it worse.

Nasty rude staff, who had girlfriend hanging out then helping people in line. Try to pay for gas with cash and the old white manager told the guy not to. Customer service don't live here. Called the GM and haven't called back..

Went there on 1-14-21 @ 1020pm, gave clerk $40 and asked for $30 in gas and a receipt. Clerk gave back wrong change and no receipt, i told him, he got mad, mumbled racial slur, i asked him to repeat what he said, manager came over and told me not to talk to clerk that way and to get the F... out her store. So i left
