Ordered some food just a few days ago and it was gross. Fries were soggy and stale. Chicken sandwich either had frost bite or was over cooked.

When I got there their computers were down and couldn't take orders, but they told me they usually come back up within 7 minutes. Okay that gave me time to look at the menu because I hadn't been there in a while. No big deal the service was excellent and as always the food was fantastic I love Wendy's burgers. Highly recommended.

Customer service from a girl with glasses and a whole bunch of bracelets was HORRIBLE. Wish I would have gotten a name. She was in the drive thru! Get it together!!!!!!

Great experience. Friendly courteous young man who took our order and rang us up when at the window. I didn't get his name but he looked to be high school or maybe out and Hispanic. Very friendly and said thank you come again. Some employees at other locations and restaurants are just doing a job and not much interaction with the customer. Identifying with the customer smiling can increase sales and even shows initiative on the employees part. Thanks again food was quick hot and enjoyable.

Avoid this Wendy's at all cost. Go to the one in Richmond or the one in Sugar Land. The employees here are RUDE, ordered 2 maple chicken sandwiches via the app at 8:45 a.m. Arrived 15 minutes later and they tell me it is going to be 5 minutes. 13 minutes later still waiting on the order and then get the order and it is wrong. Called the store asked to speak to the manager - Lady says her name is Maria D won't give me any additional information. Then tries to tell me she doesn't have a supervisor etc. and hangs up on me. I will NEVER go to this Wendy's establishment again.

Management needs to work on customer service, no one greats you, they just walk up to the register & wait for you to start ordering without saying a word. The restroom was dirty, needs a lil cleaning.
