Everytime I go in they pharmacy workers are always so amazing and helpful. I've had them help me a minute to close (I didn't realize they were closing) but they were so kind. They just helped me with all my questions about cold medicine. Literally wonderful people.

Trash service... Avoid this location especially Julie in pharmacy. She talks on the phone while inquiring about my medication. Too busy and treats each customer like the next customer is more important just to treat them the same way. Too busy to help but hey at least she's working efficiently for the company, but losing customers by the minute.

I went in to pick up my prescriptions. There was a line of three people ahead of me. They didn't take long and we're very professional. They offer automatic refills as well and then the system will text you when they're ready

havent been able to get ahold of them to refil my zoloft in a month. they dont answer phones and i dont want to walk 5 miles there and back twice for perscription to take 1-2 days to fill

Was sent to this HEB pharmacy my Veterans Health provider. I never used HEB for medicine before today. The pharm tech Noni was rude and unprofessional. With other things going on, I have laryngitis and could not speak loud. Noni never moved from the area she was standing to provide customer service. Then Noni kept asking the same questions over and over. To make it worse, Nini just walked away, leaving the busy pharmacist to get my information for my inhalers. I won't be back if this is how HEB does business in the pharmacy department.

I worked for HEB for 11yrs.. I know what the owners want from their employees .....and this HEB does not come close to it. Every time I shop at this store the managers will follow me around. I will drive several miles to go shopping at the Thousand Oaks store when I live just down the street from the Perrin Beitel store just to avoid the stalking and uncomfortable feeling I get when I HAVE TO shop at the Perrin Beitel store. The employees are very rude at this store as well, there is a pharmacy clerk who almost always will argue with me about my prescription pick ups. The baggers and cashiers.....OH don't get me started on them ....RUDE! RUDE!RUDE! . Bread , chips, cookies have gotten smashed......cleaners place in the same bag as meat products...I could go on and on.......Just go shop at the Thousand Oaks HEB .....I've never had a problem there.

This HEB is most convenient for me. The pharmacy personnel are always very helpful. My shopping experience is always pleasant. Everyone has always been friendly, patient, and helpful. They even monitor the parking lot for your protection. My name is Diana and that's my HEB!

Pharmacist Ambrose Vela deliberately refused to apply a discount to my prescription even after the HEB at 281/Evans Rd. AND the head of the department called to tell her it is now now HEB policy to apply the lower of the applicable discounts for all customers. She told the department head that the pharmacist has the final say in their store. Apparently, Ms. Vela prefers take advantage of her clients wallets whenever possible. I took my prescription back across town to save $55. Do not expect good Customer Service here. Although the technician tried his best, she would not allow the discount. There was no reason given. It was just a mean, spiteful decision. I'm used to the sort of people that'll search for a discount and try their best to help, like at Evans Rd., but this person seemed to get pleasure from overcharging people for their medicine. Avoid her if you can. There are several stores in the area including another HEB down the street!

This is the H.E.B. closest to my home and I will from this day forward drive the extra mileage to another one. Employees basically ignore shoppers for personal conversations and if you ask them something it's like asking a teenager to do something - eyes roll and today I literally had one huff and walk of and ask someone else. She never once spoke to me and I have never once been asked if I want a carryout in this store. I gave them the benefit of the doubt initially since I was shopping on a weekend but I was there at 2 on a Monday afternoon today!
