1st time using heb for pharmacy & I have to say HEB in all products & services don't disappoint! Urgent care sent meds over for my daughter, I checked in he said about 15 minutes everything was in the system. I went shopping for fruit & 2 other items came back & it was ready! The gentleman at the counter was super friendly. Price was very reasonable as we have tricare.

God awful pharmacy. Simple order for some ear drops, told 20 minutes, came back after shopping, told 25 minutes… are you kidding me lol. Get your $hit together. Cvs is across the street with no bs

I love HEB because nomatter what I need they have it, if not you can go to customer service and asks for it,they make you feel like family, the #1 concerns with me being a Healthcare provider is knowing the know and I can call or go the pharmacy to asks for advice. Thank You So Much HEB

Kayla was very rude and unprofessional. She made me and my girlfriend very uncomfortable about getting our vaccines and seemed judgmental. Will not be returning to this pharmacy for our second dose.

The staff at this pharmacy are VERY unfriendly and pretty much just seem annoyed to have to speak to customers. They told me my medication would be ready in about 45 minutes and I stopped by to get it an hour and a half later and they didn’t have it ready. Then preceded to speak very short and hateful to me when I told her I needed it before they closed and I had been told it would be ready. I have had similar experiences MULTIPLE times since I’ve been using this pharmacy. Now, my husband (who never lets people bother him) told me about how he was treated last week when he went to pick up an antibiotic that was called in from his Dr’s office. I really like HEB but I think we will be switching back to CVS for our pharmacy needs.

Danielle in the pharmacy is heaven sent! I’ve filled with locations all over San Antonio... I’ve never had better customer service. I went to pick up some meds and though my insurance company threw me a curveball, she had no problem helping me. Most times the pharmacy has left it up to me to speak to my insurance, she contacted them for me and even followed up with my doctor on the information she found. I live closer to two other locations but I will continue to use this one.

Employees are not friendly. They never acknowledge your there if they are busy. They don’t say Hi and most of the time they never smile. I hate going here. Plan on switching if they don’t change. They should go to the pharmacy at the HEB at Bulverde and 1604 to learn how they should be.
