Went early in the morning to get my vehicle serviced. There were only 2 other cars ahead of me in which were already being worked on. I began to ask a few questions when the worker there began to give an attitude as to not wanting to answer my questions nor wanting to service my vehicle. I chose to leave because what kind of customer service is that? I wouldn't trust a person acting that way with my car. 🤦♀️ Services: Oil change, Brakes

Tried cashing a check after calling store for an hour couldn't get anyone to pick up phone then I get there and customer service says they can't cash it and money service is closed and it's barely 6pm wasted my time coming here like always

I only go there for new tires and won't be going there anymore. I felt they took too long to put ONE new tire on (I was the only one in line at the time). I saw my car sit there with no tire for an hour. The only time they worked on my car was when I went up there, other than that no one was working on it. When they were finally finished an hour and a half later no one bothered to even CALL ME AND TELL ME THEY WERE DONE, they just parked my car in the back. I felt they would have just let it sit there if I had not gone up there. The first cashier I dealt with that sold me the tire was good and professional but the rest....

I purchased tires online and was the first one when they open. 2 hours passed no one had work on my car. I had to contact manager in order for them to start working on my 09 highlander. They were working on other cars that showed up after me. Looks like they only like doing simple jobs like adding oil and putting air on tires. They dont like getting dirty and no motivation. First and Last time I use walmart for tires. I heard them telling 2 ladies that it was gonna be 2 to 3 hours to add air to a tire.

Omg!!! This place is so bad!!! DO NOT GO THERE! We waited an hour and a half to get a battery put into our car, when there was no one in front of us. The manager Patrick is the only one who was getting people out as fast as he can. The big lady, the only big lady that works there is very rude!!!! No customer service skills. She needs customer service classes!! On top of that they did not advise us that our car was ready. We had to go out and ask, ohh and they stole my soda from my car lol wow... I would give this place no stars at all. Corporate will be hearing from me.

The staff was super funny and so nice! I came in at closing with a flat tire, and I still had several hindered miles to drive tonight. They fixed me up and sent me on the way. Thank you for all the great service!

Went to get a tire The gentleman at the desk help me very well told me what tire I need it gave me a print out then told me to go to the last terminal for where they put the tires on stood out there for 15 minutes employees came and went two employees worked on customers that needed oil change. No one looked my way didn't say a thing to me so I left and I'm going somewhere else.

Avoid at all cost! You will be there all day no matter what time of day or what you are there for, even an oil change. Never buy tires here. They will not repair or replace them even with the road hazard warranty. The department managers are the absolute worst! Rude and talk to you like you are a complete moron. There are many mom and pop tire shops just down the road that are much better. Just pick one, any are better than here

Came here to get an oil change. Waited an hour just to be told they didn’t have a specific tool needed to do the job. I’m sure I would have waited longer if I didn’t bother to ask why it was taking longer than usual.
