Got a shot gun shipped her from place to shoot. Three days later I had to run it down to figure out that they had it. They charged me 65.00 for pickup when place to shoot is 25. Their check out process was slow, and I got slack from the checkout lady… but I would have been there the day before if they just did their job, while I called to assure them they had my shotgun. They tried to sell me 28 gauge ammo that was so over priced for two boxes I bought 10! Save yourself hundreds if not more and head to Adelbridge & Co. Firearms! It’s the best place to buy. A place to shoot is the best place to shoot and receive firearms in San Antonio Texas.

Everything from custom gunsmithing to on hand inventory to buying used guns to selling used guns and an amazing collection of rare finds, Dury’s is top notch. The staff are not only knowledgeable, but in my opinion most importantly, friendly! We stopped in for one gun, ended up with two guns, a history, lesson, and a once in a lifetime tour which included looks at truly unique firearms. Amazing place!!

Went to this location and was treated like and talked down to like I was beneath them. I asked about one of their class iii items and I guess I got judged for my appearance because I am young and the price tag was high. The staff member acted annoyed that I was asking questions about an item I felt nostalgic about because I used said item as service weapon in the Marine Corps. I left feeling humiliated and insulted. Yeah sure they are the gold standard in town for their lifetime warranty but there are a lot of gun shops in town and I would gladly pay more out of pocket to someone else for purchases and services to avoid this level of disrespect from someone who doesn’t respect customers or veterans. I wouldn’t buy a AP brush from them after my experience.

Recently, I went over to Dury's Gun Shop hoping to get some information concerning some pistols that I found in my attic. I met the owner, Johnny Dury, and he took the time to answer all the questions I had. Not only was he very informative, he gave me and my friend a grand tour of the place. An outstanding result. It is a very well run business, a full service gun shop, and his staff was very customer friendly and product knowledgeable. I recommend Dury's to anyone who wants to purchase or repair their guns.

Purchased a gun over internet. Picked up gun at store, everyone polite. Called back because sales tax on receipt was not correct. Main manager was extremely polite and wanted to correct error. Got a call back shortly from internet person who stated difference was an auction fee charged by website. When i tried to suggest they show it separately, the sales person got argumentative and continuously talked over me. I finally told him our conversation was going no where and i am hanging up, of which i did. He called back several times. When i finally answered, he said we were disconnected, which i corrected and requested him not to ever call me again. He then posted a negative review on the auction website.

Over the years we have purchased and sold many guns. This by far was the best buying experience we have had. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Store is very clean, well lit, well organized and everything is displayed very nice. If your looking to buy a gun this is the spot.
