Got an oil change and they were a quart short 😒 I debated taking it back or just putting oil myself in so I just put it in. I didn't want them messing it up any further ! Also they NEVER answer the phone !!

I was given the wrong tire size and they refused to exchange it for the right one not even 2 days later after I noticed.

I had my oil changed here. I took the car home and parked it, I don’t use the car much, when I moved it I noticed a oil spot in the drive way. I took it to someone else and the only thing wrong was the drain plug was not tightened. It was tightened and the lost oil was added. I would avoid using this auto center. If they can forget to complete the simple task of tightening a drain plug imagine the damage they could do on something like forgetting to tighten a lug nut. Service: Oil change

My sister-in-law went in for an oil change. They never even got around to doing it because in the process of taking the oil cap off, they knocked and damaged the radiator. The car now cannot be used and was sitting at Walmart for 3 days since the claims office closed while she was waiting hours for the employees to write their claims, and they’re not open on weekends. Now they’re giving her the run around about claims and towing the car (at her expense). Absolutely ridiculous, and will never be using Walmart auto again.

I went in to have my bad battery checked and didn't realize it was still under warranty Well the girl Mngr. was very nice and helpful. I was in and out in less the 30mns. and plus I got my battery replaced. Satisfied customer

Typical Walmart Auto - the main issue with this location is the lack of counter help. Takes forever to get someone to come handle the register. Call ahead. Also, the oil change takes a very long time. You pay a premium price and get non-premium service.

Had to have a tire changed and they turned me away at 4 pm and said that we're closing. But they don't close till 7 pm terrible customer service I will not nor recommend any coming here

Great service, great price! These guys hustle with a smile. Your experience will vary greatly by time of day, if you are hanging our while having your oil changed etc be sure you go EARLY any other time drop it off and come on back (-:

I was very impressed with the quality of service and very kind and professional.l had a oil change and my tire fixed. The young man told me that he would try to save my tire because if not I would have been buying a new tire. I didn't have the money for that right now. I was so excited because he was able to save the tire. I also didn't have to wait long. Thank you for making my day. Service: Oil change
