Almost empty workers just chilling , but they won't take walk-in appointment only for opening new accounts very bad customer service

I don’t like to wait for an appointment just to switch Banks. I waited for at least 15 minutes in there for someone to just talk to, n there were no one.

The wait is ridiculous, the only reason I gave it 2 stars is because at least it's open. The maximum I've waited here is 1.5 hrs on the business lane.

Been depositing money the same way for 2 years and my first time at this particular location and they refuse deposit because coins are not rolled...do they not work at Wells Fargo and receive compensation???? As a new business owner myself I would NEVER bank here because I refuse to “work” for their business, they should be working for our business.

This bank used to be so quick. It's right down the street from my job and I used to be through with my transaction in the drive thru within 10 mins. Lately, there are only 2 lanes open at all times even during lunch which is super busy and both lines are 10 cars deep. This place is just horrible. They need to hire more staff or teach their current staff to have more of a sense of urgency.

I have never heard of any bank closing early. I went through the drive thru at 1145 am September 1st 2020 to cash a check and the entire bank was closed. It was a holiday weekend so the workers decided to start the weekend early. This is not acceptable. If a business is going to close early then they need to change the hours on the internet and on the door. Then i went to the commercial line because i own a business and forced to go to the regular line at the drive thru. I will never except another Wells Fargo check as long as I alive. They have the worst customer service and make up there own hours of operation. Stay away from Wells Fargo.

This location has a very poor costumer service in San Antonio, it is located in the downtown area and there is only one person working at the drive thru for commercial and personal. Last time I was there I had to wait 45 minutes to get my transactions done. And same thing happens every time I go to this location. Sadly other Wells Fargo locations are far from where I live so I have no option but to come and waste my time to this poor costumer service location.

I work 6 days a week. So getting to the bank is kind of hard. It's posted that y'all do not close till noon but when I tried to drive in the parking lot the security told me you were closed. Or the sheriff told me that I couldn't go in the parking lot. So do you close at 11:25 a.m. or 12:00 your hours and my hours really do not work together. So when I try on a Saturday before you're all supposed to be closed to get turned away kind of sucks.

Always greeted and assisted accordingly. Needed to get a document notarized promptly and thankfully customer traffic inside was light, hence was attended quick. Love the prompt and courteous service received every time, even if its just a basic withdrawal or deposit.

I have always had a good experience with Wells Fargo. They have always put customer service above anything else. Today we had an extreme emergency with an account we arrived at this Wells Fargo 1 minute late! The doors were locked we simply just wait for someone to help us in our time of crisis. The bankers and tellers saw us and acted like they didn't see us. One man came up to the door, already with an attitude threw is arms in the air and said we cannot help you. After we asked him nicely he said we couldn't help you even if we were open. You would have to call the 1-800 number. I know for a fact that Wells Fargo can help you the building. What this says to me is laziness and lack of costumer service. The man was a sorry excuse for an employee and if it was his money that had been taken from him and over drafted I'm pretty sure he wouldn't say "sorry call costumer service." Wells Fargo has been messing a lot lately I am highly considering closing all of my accounts with them and moving some where else. Chase banking sounds like a good move.
