I've been here a few times and they definitely have a good selection of fish and birds,hamsters and gerbils etc but they don't sell cats or dogs. I bought a couple of guinea pigs from here and one of them had ring worm with of course got on me but that was the only problem I had with them. They also have a excellent selection of pet food, I will be back for other pet needs.

Friendly staff. All the best brands of pet food. Occasional cats for adoption to gawk at and then remember you don't need another pet. All the things to love about a pet store :)

It's not the cheapest place to get your pet supplies. It's convenient though and you do get discounts from points on your account that are quite nice. You can find sales and good deals here sometimes.

This is a pretty standard PetSmart, with a good amount of selection and plenty of pets coming in and out. There are good and reasonable prices with a lot of stuff on sale and a couple of things on clearance. I would recommend they also have a vet as well as a grooming salon

Normally I would leave a good review for this store but today … Manager Evelyn … was very disrespectful when I was in the store. I know we all have bad days - but don’t bring that to work, if you don’t want to be there we’ll find something else you like to do. Evelyn’s negative attitude was there as soon as she came up to us to see if we need something. She definitely needs customer service training!!!

*This review is solely on the grooming* I have a 12lb Yorkie. I’ve always got his haircuts at PetSmart however, recently moving to the area, this was his first time at this location. I received the phone call to pick him up and they quoted it’d be about about 10-15 minutes until he’s done. I got there 10min later and I was told “I’m not quite finished with him yet, give me about another 15min”. I said okay and waited on the bench infront of the door. I literally waited for over 45minutes without any apology. Not only did they screw up his haircut AND try to hide it, but they also charged me for using a certain type of product without my consent. So the typical $54 haircut turned into an $83 haircut. I will NEVER bring my dog back here.

I was having issues locating the training pads my pups like. One of the managers was so nice to help me look and we actually found 2 boxes. Great customer service

Prices are so high compared to other stores. So many dead fish in the tanks. Cashiers are really nice and friendly.

12/3/21 This has been my favorite PetSmart. Always fast service in & out. Tried the pet grooming and it did not disappoint. Destry got it right, made our Oscar look very handsome. I’ll be coming back.
