I got my car inspected and the DMV never received the report. I called Jiffy Lube and they didn't answer the phone. I called again and provided my information and said I was not in their system--really after going there for many years for my oil changes and inspections! The attendant said I needed to come to Jiffy Lube to determine if the report was sent. I said no way, keep looking--they finally found my info and said they sent the report to the DMV...well the DMV does not have the inspection report so now I have to personally go the DMV office to provide the hardcopy of the report. What a huge waste of time!

Service was bad there was nobody in front counter waited about 30 min before I was asked what I needed in fact I had to go get the attention of a mechanic and asked him if there was someone working up front. I will never go back to jiffy lube.

The good: The staff is friendly, caring ,Place is clean. The bad: The oil cost was more on expensive side, as others have expressed on other reviews $99 on Nissan 4 cyl synthetic. I let them rotate my tires, and the air was off of all tires ... two at on the left side 39 ,Psi 35, 36 on the right side. I expected more consistency since others have expressed their dismay on this issue. Oil residue was left on my door interior panel. Overall was not very happy with my experience. Service: Oil change
