I cant believe that I have to be a member before someone can tell me my options to roll my 401k over. Not good customer service

We’ve been with ETPCU for several years. They’ve been amazing 🤩 to work with. We recommend to our daughter (21) get an account with them about a year ago. Last week she bought her first car thanks to Shelby at the Tyler location. Shelby dove right in to help get Chey in the car of her dreams. She went out of her way to make numerous calls to Carvana which was not a super easy process, Shelby was very friendly, patient and helpful and has the best personality making a stressful situation fun and comfortable. Thank you!

I have used that bank for many years, and the last 2 years, every week I went there, was a different teller who I have never seen before. The turnover was extremely high, and nobody knew what to do. They had to constantly call the Longview office and get an advice if I had a simple question. Some of the tellers were rude and not willing to help. My husband wrote a letter to the corporate office regarding a situation we had with them and they did not even bother e-mailing him back. What a bad customer service; it was very disappointing. We are no longer members there, we closed all the accounts and left.

Update-- for the past few months they've really stepped up. Great service and great people. Our business owner uses this bank so I'm forced to visit the Tyler location every week to deposit our offices checks. Mistakes happen, we're human... But they CONSISTENTLY make mistakes and, if confronted, act nonchalant like it's not a big deal. I would not trust them with my money and absolutely loathe the days I have to visit the Tyler location.

I have banked with them for years. Never had a bad experience in all that time!

My husband and I have been members for 14 years. Always had good experiences there, and the people who worked there were THE MOST nice and helpful people anywhere. Always took care of ANY little problem that came up. **fast forward to 2017. Staff has turned over more times than I can count. Don't know who anybody is and they don't know who we are. These people are rude, not helpful, and don't even seem to know what their own policies and procedures are. So, after 3 bad experience with them in a week and a half, I will be closing my accounts and going elsewhere. .Good. .Bye.

Had a very bad experience there about 6-7 years ago. After I paid my truck off. They decided to keep my title until I paid every other loan off. I went there this past week to close my account that I didn't know I had open all this time.
