I've shopped and bought glasses here 3 times now. They always have a great selection from inexpensive to higher end designer frames. Prices are clearly marked. Sales people let me browse and try on as many frames as I wanted without hovering. I have no insurance, so this is a great option for people on a budget. The technicians were helpful in explaining options on lenses, but are not pushy on the upsale. For my first pair of progressive lenses, I'm very pleased with them.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Will NEVER go anywhere else! We ordered glasses from another place last Monday and still have not received them! Fed up with my daughter struggling without glasses decided to go to Eyeglass World and hopefully have glasses by the end of the week. Adam greeted us as soon as we walked through the door and showed us all of the glasses options they had for my daughter and immediately went to go pull her lenses. In less then 2 hours we had 2 pairs of glasses and my daughter was able to see again. The staff was amazing and made us feel like we were right at home. My daughter was so happy when Prince brought out her glasses and helped make sure they fit properly and she could see good out of them! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Huge thank you to Adam, Prince, and Ed for making this a fast and easy process!

Really can’t believe how unprofessional the Tyler Tx location has become.I’ve been coming here for years to get my glasses. but lately their service is really poor, and the employees are unprofessional . Recently, I was overcharged for an exam. I’ve been contacting them for over a month now to reimburse me on a charge that they should’ve never charge me because I have insurance. They have yet to reimburse me. I have been hung up on several times, promises made to call me back yet to no avail this situation has YET to be resolved. I will no longer do business with them and will encourage my friends, family members, and anyone else who will listen to stay clear of this place.

I’ve bought new glasses every two years for the last 34 years. Eyeglass World is by far the greatest service eyeglass company in the industry. The general manager assisted me personally as the staff were all busily working to meet the needs of all customers on site. These guys were all awesome!!!! The front desk staff was very friendly from the moment we walked in. The optometrist was super sweet and patient with my preteen. Heather went above and beyond helping my daughter pick out her perfect two pairs of specs!! Ed and Mahogany also went out of their way to get our glasses done quickly so we didn’t have to make a second trip to pick up the glasses because we don’t live nearby!! They all made our experience amazing!!
