I dealt with Karen today, and boy did she live up to her name. During my transacting I was rudely interrupted by Karen turning the card screen to see if I was putting my pin in or trying to use credit and she got incredibly rude with me when I tried to explained that I was trying to cash back. I am honestly appalled at the attitude and service I received from Karen.

I got scammed here at the pump I guess there was a hidden card reader device on the pump I used. Glad I used my credit card was able to get back my $80 dollars some low life stole. Will never be coming back here. Every time I drive by I get upset still and nervous!!!

I have been going to this 7-11 for years. I usually stop here at at least once a week. Today I went in to get a soda and hoping to cash back so I can purchase something at the elementary school I work at. My purchase was .85, but the card machine still offered me cash back. I pressed the button for 10 dollars cash back and the man at register yelled at me saying I wasn't allowed to do that. I told him that I was just doing it because the machine offered it. He then yelled at me again saying I should of asked him if I could do that before pressing a button. I will probably never come back to this store again because I felt embarrassed and hurt. Pretty sad you yell at someone over 10 dollars and 85 cents, and possibly lose there business forever.

Let the fuel guy know that if he wasn't so old his attitude would've been fixed today. If he was in his 40s or lower he'd get what's coming to him. I don't come to gas station to get an obnoxious attitude while I pump my diesel into my truck. My truck CAN be on and he should know so if he knew anything about his job

Horrible horrible! We paid you guys $45 in gas and the old lady cashier had the audacity to act like we were stealing just because we used the restroom?! Then proceeded to still stare at us as we are pumping our gas. So rude and unnecessary, like wow! Don’t give this 7 11 business please! Go to the one on 34th instead, they are nice every time I go there. You guys need to hire some workers that aren’t on drugs.

The owners are always friendly and provide great customer service care. Facility is clean and usually has a great variety of fresh fruit. Would love to suggest adding a lactose free option like a half gallon of lactaid milk would be a great have.

All the 7-11 stores, that I know of, happily give free coffee/soda to the police officers who come into their stores. If you are wearing a uniform - free coffee/soda. Cost to the store maybe .25 (AND - I'm pretty sure that the officers who go into these convenience stores, go there to buy something; they don't just go in so that they can get a free coffee/soda, right?) BUT THIS store - sorry - no free coffee/soda for you if you are an officer in uniform serving outside of So. Ogden. When I asked the owner what I had heard, he said - "well, there's a lot of police, and I work too hard for my money." So your going to tell me, that IF 5 police officers came here daily, and IF that actually ended up "costing" you $1 a day - this is too much of your "hard earned money" to give to the men/women in uniform that put their lives on the line for us every day? Hmmm...

Highly variable quality of service. Frequently asked for coffee to be made because they would be empty at 9 in the morning. I have zero issue with non-native English speaking cashiers, but these gentlemen are very difficult to understand.
