Seems like a decent place to purchase a vehicle... However the website versus the reality is completely different. Don't bother pre applying for financing the " buy here pay here" is non existent, unless you've got the majority of the total price of the vehicle. Which defeats the entire purpose of getting into a newer vehicle.

Craig and his team are absolutely wonderful! I have taken my vehicles to him for the past 5 years and I will never go anywhere else. From a simple oil change to rebuilding a transmission to buying a car, they always got it done with efficiency and expertise. Their knowledge on vehicles are also impeccable. And they always wrap it up with superior customer service and a smile. I consider Craig and his team my friends and am very grateful I found a car salesman / mechanic that I can trust. Complete scam artist. Sold us a car that broke down on us on the way back to our house we took it back. He forced us into a different car as any car salesman would do after we've already made a purchase. It broke down on us in a month craig the owner is absolutely the worst person to do with business with complete scumbag

Great experience at Bitton Auto Sales. Purchased a 2009 Hyundai Accent and had identified a couple issues with the car after the sale. Contacted dealer and they went above and beyond to fix the issues. They weren't major issues but still for a 'Buy As-Is' car it could have been a very different experience. Would definitely do business again!

I went and saw the vehicle that I wanted after seeing it on their website I bought my beautiful 2003 GMC envoy from Craig's mechanic I hadn't driven it but the mechanic ran through it with me and when I went back to pay Craig after lunch he offered a warranty for me to purchase which I gladly accepted because it was 3 months or 3,000 miles and my vehicle is now having transmission issues which will be covered by the warranty! He has bent over backwards to fix anything and everything that has been wrong with the vehicle! A1 customer service and customer care!!

Bought a car had it only 10 days and the transmission went out. When we called them the only response was we should of bought a warranty. We are now out $5600. Did not care they sold us a lemon 🍋 buyer beware!!!

Traveling an hour to Ogden, we had a great experience and will consider Bitton Auto Sales again in the future. New struts had been ordered for the vehicle we were considering before we had seen it. Craig went the extra mile to speed the repair in time to send the vehicle to school with our daughter, which helped us greatly. Craig is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We definitely recommend this business. Five stars aren’t enough!

My wife and I had been looking for a vehicle for weeks and we were asking 2 simple questions: 1. What is the total out the door cost and 2. can we get it shipped to us. Believe it or not the majority of dealerships we encountered would say nothing unless speaking to us on the phone (it's harder to say no to somebody you're speaking with) and wouldn't tell me what the total cost was. After I emailed just one time he answered all of my questions right away and even took it upon himself to find a shipping company. Here are all the things I liked about doing business with Bitton's: 1. Answered the questions I had down to the letter 2. Gave me the out the door price where other companies wanted me to call etc. 3. Found a shipping company even though you could have just had me look for it. 4. Stayed in consistent communication 5. I wanted to talk through emails because of convenience with my work and the representative stuck with emails even though texting or calling might have been easier for them. Overall a great experience for me and I love the car!
