Disappointed. I was greeted with "what's up?". Chose my sandwich and was told they were out of ham, so I asked for turkey instead and was told they couldn't do that because then he'd run out of turkey for other customers. Ummm? I'm the actual customer standing here ordering? So I ordered something else, with turkey, and had him make the sandwich the same way as the sandwich I originally ordered. Pretty terrible customer service.

We ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and they gave us roast beef. We tried to tell him it was not the right meat but the employee told us yes it is. We get the steak and cheese everytime we go there so we know what the steak looks like. My wife couldn't eat the roast beef and they refused to compensate us. They over charged me for my sandwich. I ordered the Cold Cut and they charged me for the turkey ham and roast beef which is $4 dollars more. When I told them they overcharged me they said there is nothing they can do about it. If you can avoid it please don't give them your business! They will steal money from you and give you the wrong sandwich and tell you to screw off! I will never return to this restaurant and I will tell everyone I know to never go to this location. Which is very sad because I love subway and I have for all my life.

My biggest issue is the sauce. I told them I wanted just a tiny bit of hot sauce and they put like half a gallon on my sandwich. And my wife who asked for a lot of Chipotle sauce got just enough on her sandwich to cover a quarter of a tomato slice. I'm guessing if just say the opposite of what you want here

I am blown away. I have lived in Payson for years and never realized we had this here. I have driven by it uncountable times. The parking was great, staff was very friendly, helpful, and polite. The service was very quick, fresh and great. I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Excellent job.

This subway was very friendly, clean and delicious. They were out of Italian herb bread which is our favorite but they were very busy so that was expected.

I normally don’t ever write a review but I thought I would save people some time so they don’t have to try this Payson subway out just to be disappointed. I normally love subway but this one in particular I was not pleased with. We waited in line for a while with only one person ahead of us because the staff was very slow, and when it got to be our turn they told us that they were out of ham, turkey and roast beef. So like all their main meats… Their soda machine was not working either. Our sandwiches did not look the best, the veggies were old and they definitely skimped on all the ingredients, kinda frustrating when you’re paying 8$ a sub. We sat down to eat and they started doing an interview in the booth behind us, which was kind of weird. We couldn’t really talk for fear we would disrupt the interview. Not the best experience. I understand a lot of this is not the employees fault and they are usually just trying their best, but I would save yourself some time and choose a different subway. It was just a weird experience all together.

If I get my sandwich toasted and by the time you check me out it's cold something is seriously wrong with your employees. You should find yourself some employees that actually care.

First off I do love subway, I use to work at this same one when I was newly married right out of high school. I feel bad leaving a low review but I believe this could be a learning experience. I've had my sandwich made wrong twice in one week ordering online. I even listed very specific instructions on my online orders & how I would like my sandwich put together, & warmed up. Unfortunately, no one takes the time to read it or care leaving me with a cold sandwich which isnt very good for a philly steak. Do NOT order online, it won't be made right, they put sauces all over the top of the sandwich and it's such a mess it's not worth the "time saved" to be disappointed. It's so messy the way they teach their employees how to make a sandwich. It leaves you with a soggy, wet mess and my bread was so dry the last time it was hard and they called it a sandwich. When I worked here I always put the sauces ontop of the meat and cheese then dressed the sandwich with vegetables, seasonings and oil & vinegar. This technique makes a cleaner and easier to eat sandwich on the go. It also makes the sandwich much more appealing and easier to rewrap and save for latter. I hope this helps to improve future online orders for other people if they choose to use the service.

I tried to go here a couple weeks ago in the afternoon and the entire place was shut down without a note of why. I decide to give them another chance today. The service was pretty slow, but they were very friendly and apologized for the wait. My sandwich was great and the ingredients tasted fresh. I had my sandwich toasted and it came out great.

I have never had a bad sandwich at any subway until today. I ordered a melt and what i got was an overly toasted sub instead of a melt. I had to break off the really rock hard pieces of bread in order to eat it. The ends and bottom sides were the worst. The whole sandwich was terrible. Just look at how black the paper is. The sandwich wasnt cut in half either. It was just lazy sloppy work.
