Very disappointing visit. Bought new tires & had them installed here. Charged me for things I didn't ask for (despite being clear from the start) & then when I get outside, they mounted 3 correctly, with the 4th tire mounted (quite obviously) inside out! When I complained about it, I was very rudely told don't worry about it & to just take a wire brush to it to scrape off all the inside markings when I got home! Thankfully their lady at the desk backed me up in insisting they remount it correctly or they were otherwise refusing to even consider fixing their mistake. (And then also chastised afterwards for complaining.) Come on guys...the tiniest bit of pride, decency, or even attention to your work would go a long ways! :(

The hours posted are 7am - 7pm, Sunday thru Saturday. It's now 7:37am and the auto center has yet to open. Apparently they need three employees to open, there's only one here. I would have rated only one star, but the gentleman who is here was on time and super cool. Service: Tires

Great service. I didn’t have to wait too long and they did the oil change and tire rotation within an hour and a half. I had to press them to do the tire Rotation though. It has been 10k+ miles since my last but they said it wasn’t needed - not true. Nonetheless, they seemed to know what they were doing and Wally was great - very helpful and kind.

Love the staff at the Clinton utah automotive! Chip is always kind and helpful, Kevin put my new wheels in my jeep! They look and ride awesome! Been taking our families cars here for years!!

They honored my warranty when I got a screw in my tire and the manager was really nice to work with. He answered all my questions over the phone and wasn't rushing me to get off the phone. Highly recommend!

They sold a set of four 40,000 miles and I got the road hazard protection, and they took all day. Well I have had to replace all four tires in less than a two month period and was charged a replacement fee for each even though I had the warranty. Every time I went to that same WalMart they couldn't find me in the system and I would spend at least 6 hours. And there not very pleasant company. I do not recommend WalMart to any one. They were able to get me in fixed up and out on my way all within the hour it was great got to do my shopping my car tires and oil done. Only reason it’s. Not 5 stars is I paid 180$ more than I was quoted over phone.

TLDR: don't buy tires at Walmart. They are apparently chronically short handed and don't allow for appointments. I ordered my tires thru walmart.com and they will only keep your tires in the store for 4 days. So you have limited time to take off work and get the install done. So we called in advance and they said around 8am is the best time to come. I arrived today at about 830 am and was told there were 2 cars ahead of me, and they needed a total of 3 tires installed. I was told that it would be about 1hr 45min before my 4 tires were installed. Considering that only 3 tries were ahead of me, and that I had already gone to the trouble to get off work, I decided to try in hopes that it would take less time. Turns out that I should have walked home and left my vehicle there because it took 2 1/2 hours. At one point I asked an associate named Perry how much more time. Without even going to check he said it would be 30 more minutes. At that point I had already been there for over 2 hours and he tried to argue with me about the original time estimate that I was given by another associate. Perry had the nerve to say, "What would you like me to do?" It was pretty obvious what I wanted at that point, just get the job done Perry! As Perry continued to argue, another associate came out and said it should be 5-10 minutes. The associate Ronald was helpful with suggesting a dealer/junk yard for old VW parts since he said I have a bent rim. It almost earned this review two stars, but the overall experience was too bad to give anything more than one star

Awful experience, one guy "helping me" asked me for my personal info multiple times, they tried charging me for four tires when I asked for one, they tried to sneak in extra fees, and after being told they could put the two new tires on the front, and rotate the old ones to the back they called me back in and said they refused to do it. The one guy helping me didn't know how to check the odometer in my car, and after checking it once, he then needed my help to read it again, not to mention this same day my girlfriend had her oil changed and they got oil on the arm box compartment lid, whatever it's called. Overall extremely poor experience, and I would recommend you take your business somewhere else, as I did myself.
