I first called the Jiffy Lube on River Road to ask a question and had to re-ask it in 5 different ways to get a straight answer. I then called this location (on Red Cliff Drive/Telegraph) in Washington and immediately got the answer I needed. I figured the people at this location are competent in what they’re doing so decided to bring my car in for an oil change. They got it done in record time and could tell they have an efficient workflow in place to get cars in and out. Keep up the good work. Service: Oil change

They were nice, but they marked completed on washing windows, vacuuming floors, and resetting the oil change reminder, none of which was done. Very annoying I paid extra for the "signature service" and half of it wasn't even done. I have no idea if they actually did the important checks at all now... Services: Oil change, Tires

I know Jiffy Lube isn’t the first thing that comes to mind for auto repair, but since I travel, I wanted a national chain that could honor warranty work if needed. So far, the Jiffy Lube in Washington, UT has been fabulous. They’ve put on new brakes and resealed a leaking transmission pan that another shop in town couldn’t seal properly. Appointments are easy to get and the wait isn’t super long to get in. Prices are also reasonable. Staff is great. Services: Transmission, Brakes

I love Juffy Lube and have been to tons of locations. This one was excellent. Service was killer, professional, and extremely fast. The personnel were friendly to the point that I was surprised. It was an all around pleasant experience. Three bays. Spacious waiting area with comfortable seating. Highly recommend.

They only took maybe 7 minutes to do oil change, air filter, engine filter and some fluid refill. Good thing it wasn’t busy. I was able to get it done before during my lunch break. Satisfied with the service! Service: Oil change

Wow I am impressed. Great and speedy service. I came in for an oil change and my car was surrounded by 4 team members. I was going to go for a walk while they worked on my car. The manager said it would be 5 to 10 minutes. He was right and I was on my way quickly with a professional job done on the car. I will be back and recommend this location to my friends.
