Kinda confused why this place isn't rated at least 4 stars or higher. Had an absolutely great experience and no one has ever been rude to me there.

Today I visited this location, to buy some items and also exchange few items, the only person work there was the store Manger James, with very angry face, as usual I said hello he didn’t answer, I told him I need to exchange few color and also buy some Moroccanoil products, I go this place for very long time, always they were very welcoming people with professional customer service, but today this guy wasn’t in a good mood, whatever I talk to him friendly, he answered me very rude , is end up I change my mind because his nasty attitude I didn’t buy any of product, the time I was exiting the door he did the las insult to me ( you can not park your car in that spot I can call to report your car I asked him why he said that is a handicap spot I said I have handicap sticker is hanging under mirror ,I was shaking and left the store!

Fair warning thay do not sell jumbo branding hair. Or any type of hair. It is not a hair store it is a cosmetic or hair supply store if that.

They don't have any products for locs. Not a single one. I agree with another comment: It's a cosmetic store and not a hair store.

Tried to post a Yelp review but this place doesn't even have one, and so I'm leaving my first Google review ever. Have been to this store twice now, and will not be back because nothing in the store is stocked or labelled correctly, including prices. Items are dusty/dirty and the selection was very random and disorganized. I asked if they have a student discount (verified with fellow students that other CosmoProf locations do) and she said yes, but that it is already included because their prices are so low. That statement makes no sense, and I just felt like I was being swindled and she wanted me to start haggling or something. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Sally's at Seven Corners instead, which is clean, well-stocked, and straightforward.

The Ladies at CosmoPro Of of Gallows in Merrifield are fantastic!!!!!!!! They are super helpful and Dana really knows her stuff. I was in a big jam before opening my new salon, and they got everything in needed before the big day. Thank you Ladies!!!!!!!!! Your really came thru for me!!!

Very unprofessional people!!! I called 20 min before 6pm to get the location instead of answering my question the lady name Avis keep telling me they close 6pm. I hung up the phone & I use my GPS. When I get there was 10min before 6pm. The same lady was standing by the door & with out say hi, she said we close in 5min. I ignore her & walk to the store. I start looking the product I need then Jessica run to the back to the office & turn the light off. I was very shack. Avis standing by the door and keep telling me mam we about to close. I grab & wait for Jessica for checkout because while Avis holding the door the other employee talking Avis. I am very surprised how the store exist with this kinds worker. I will never go again!!!

I’m done with my beauty school and I’m waiting for taking state board exam next week. So the lady that l think she is the manager is so difficult, l showed her my cosmo prof card and it was expired. I explained for her my situation and l needed stuff for my practical exam. I wanted to get a few bowls, brushes and some sponges. She was so rude and she didn’t accept it. She doesn’t know anything about hair. I don’t know why this kind of unprofessional people work for this kind of places. She always just wants to show off that she is the boss. Sorry for her. They will lose their costumers! Cosmoprof certainly lost me as a client.

The lady with the red short hair was mean for not letting a 7 year old use the restroom after she had been sitting in traffic for half an hour. Maybe it’s their policy but there has to be special circumstances. The other ones were nice but sorry I’m not coming back here
