I haven't been in a long time but usually I'm happy with the cut I came in of course new staff standing around not doing nothing my info was in the system but she did not cut it according to way I usually cut it and talked like she knew what to do she shaved my hair too close to my head and and I'm not able to curl my hair like I should very disappointed will not get her to cut my hair ever again I even I did not see it until I wash it and was trying to curl it that it was cut wrongpaid for the cut but I should be able to get it cut and be happy Service: Haircut

Stylist Paige cut 2+ inches off when asked for half a inch. Layers were uneven and choppy had to fix it myself. Stylist kept answering the phone and did not pay attention to where she left off. Called to complain and got hun up on. Service: Haircut

Did not like it today went there around 9 am today and the haircut I received there was terrible. They already had my stuff on their the computer and cut it way to short. Was supposed to be 2 inches off the side now I look bald. Thank you, never coming back there again. Would be a zero star if I could.

Abby is one of the best. I went to her in March and my hair was perfect. Went back in May and just missed her so I got the Manager. She wouldn't let me explain completely before assuming she knew what i wanted...I had to stop her and show her a picture. Thought I liked it, washed it and she had made my hair horrible. It wasn't blended and a huge chunk was missing and a rectangle of hair left. I went back the next day and she said no there's no line (not blended) even though i could feel and see it and fixed it a little. Went out to my car and looked it over more and still not what I wanted. I went back in after I stopped crying and Abby fixed my hair. First thing she did was fix the line and blending. As she was cutting I noticed all the long pieces and uneven cutting that the manager did. She even tried to fix the back where it wasn't piecey like i wanted. It's much shorter than I wanted but it looks almost just like the picture I showed them of what I wanted (a long pixie). In a couple months it should look just like it. Thank you Abby.

I love their app where you can set up appointment short notice and not have to wait. I also have not had any problems with different girls cutting my hair, it always turns out good.
