These guys are great. They worked out an ugly ding in my quarter panel and they saw me within an hour of calling. They seem to genuinely want to do right by their customers and you don’t see that too often these days. I highly recommend this business.

Don was who I worked with and he was friendly, and professional. He went out of his way to meet me for a quote and was fast and effective at fixing the dent i showed in the photos. It took him about an hour and they even have a loaner car at the shop so o was able to have breakfast while he worked on it. Great customer service! My son and I were in the area close by to get his windows tinted when I saw the sign for DENTMASTERS. We pulled up and saw the sign to call and make an appointment so my son called and Dave answered the phone. My son explained that we were right outside the office in Manassas and was hoping someone could come out and take a look at the dent in my car. Dave mentioned that he had just left and was headed to Dodge in Manassas that if we wanted, we could met him there. We said sure, we can do that. Be right there! When we arrived, he introduced himself and measured the dent on the side of my car and said he could fix within 30 minutes for x amount of dollars and I said, sure! He fixed the dent within just a few minutes and he was super friendly. I'm 100% satisfied with his work and for his amazing customer service. Very impressive! Thank you, again!

I asked a local Facebook group to recommend a good dent repair shop. Dent Masters in Manassas was Recommended by a few people so I booked an appointment the following Monday. Dave took a quick look and quoted me a fair price to repair my door ding. After he was done, I couldn’t tell where the door ding originally was. I’m very impressed with the quality of work and service Dave provides at his shop. I will forever return to Dave for any dent repair as long as I live in Virginia.
