I had cards mailed out on Sunday 9/11/22 at 12:45pm and contents and gifts in the cards were stolen. The recipient received the cards with no gifts. I should’ve sealed the birthday cards before I left this location. I will file a complaint with UPS. If you are mailing any items out from this location make sure your package is sealed before you leave the store. This is unbelievable. Update My cards were mailed from this UPS Store on 9/11/22, at 12:45pm. I paid the shipping cost for two cards and the cards were placed on boxes next to the sales rep as he proceeded to tell me I was done. The cards were not placed an envelope in my presence as they have been in the past. My friend received both cards with the contents of her birthday card missing. Moving forward, I will use FedEx and USPS for all mailing services.

Love the location and convenience but on Saturday, their hours are 9 am - 5 pm. I arrived at 10:05 am and the doors were locked and no one there. Several customers arrived around the same time and no one working.

Kind employees in store. However, when our package arrived damaged, this store hasn't been helpful at all in fixing the issue. Been constantly emailing (for months) to get this resolved but nothing is getting done. I've never been so disappointed.

I have a had a PO Box here for 5+ years now and it has always been a great experience. Brian and his staff are always friendly and take care of everything I need. Strongly recommended if you need to mail items or if you want a PO box. I've never gotten the wrong mail or have a package lost.

UPS was allowed to ship a rug in bare minimum packaging , but when I wanted to return the rug in shipping, they need me to box it up and put extra protection. Double standard for the poor.

Been coming here for years. They are excellent. Recently I was returning an Amazon purchase and Taylor educated me that I no longer need to tape up a box etc. Jus show the return code and drop if off. No box or using tape etc. That makes the return process so much easier. Please recognize Taylor for excellent customer service!!

I will never use this store again, or UPS for that matter. I shipped quite a few boxes to this store and they lost almost 20% of them. Unapologetically. Even though I had spoken with 3 employees prior to shopping my boxes, one of which was the store manager, both the store owner and the store manager did nothing to help retrieve my boxes even though they had signed for all of them (I still have the PDFs of their signatures). They pushed me off to other locations or blamed corporate procedures. I’m so terribly disappointed.

Worst customer service in the world! I hate going out of my way to write reviews, which should give you some indication of HOW bad my experience was with this store. When UPS lost my package, I called the store for a refund and was told to wait 6-8 weeks while the store filed a claim with the head office. When I called back 6-8 weeks later, I was told in an absolutely unapologetic tone that nothing was filed and that the manager was going to start the claim now. He didn't even bother taking down my contact info, so I'm still not sure if he's going to do anything. Sadly, I can't even call the head office because they tell me to take it up with the store.
