What happened Chic fil a?? The flawless reputation is flawed at this location. Tonight marked the 3rd time in a row our order was wrong & the fries were nothing short of GROSS! When you have 35 staff members on the floor, the line is out in the road & the food is JUST HORRIBLE… something is WRONG!! C’mon people. Waiting on better management to step in & bring back the GEWD Chic fil a food.

If there was a star rating less than one I would give it. I waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes for just a simple gallon of unsweet tea. The person who took my order was named Angel. She seemed totally confused. I even confirmed my order of unsweet tea twice. When I got to the window, I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for a simple gallon of tea. By the time I received it, I was so frustrated that, my fault, did not look at the label. By the time I got to my office and opened the gallon an hour later, I discovered it was sweet tea, not unsweet tea. When I called and inquired if they would deliver the right order to my work 5 minutes away since they have 4+ delivery cars in their lot, Stephanie told me no, that I would have to come in. This restaurant is horrible.

ask for a 12 piece, get 10 nuggets. ask for a cherry coke, get diet dr pepper. ask for chick fil a sauce, get none. what is so hard about this job? the lady who took my order was nice but when it comes to the people in the kitchen, do better. how hard can it be to put sauce in the bag, count to 12 ( i know you only have 10 fingers) and find the picture that says cherry coke at the soda machine? if i spend 50 dollars here i expect to atleast get what i pay for

Literally all three of our fries were not filled. With the service I expect from Chick Fil A, my Sprite should not be completely flavorless and stale… I can’t imagine how many more people will/have gotten a flat drink today. Chick-Fil-A should be above this in service, I expect it from McDonalds, but this is just negligence.

Very nice and attentive. They were extremely busy as every chick fil a usually is. But they got our order right and everything tasted delicious! Thank you guys for your hard work and attentiveness.

Been to plenty of Chick Fil A's across the country and this location was a complete let down. I paid for LARGE fries and they only filled it halfway 😒

This cfa messes up our orders quite a bit, but tonight we decided we won’t be going to this cfa any more. They didn’t give us all of our food and rang our combo up completely separately which cost more. We didn’t realize until we got home that we were missing food, so we had to drive all the way back. Once we got back to the restaurant they gave us the one missing thing and a refund on one item. Our food is now cold and once we got home the second time we opened our sandwich to find the wrong cheese.

This the market fresh salad I bought yesterday. A bowl of lettuce for $9.00 no chicken, barely any fruit. I cannot believe this for Chick Fila since I always felt this was the best fast food restaurant left in the game. This was truly unacceptable.
