The store staff members are very warm and friendly. The pharmacy staff however, is beyond rude. I had my prescriprions filled at this location bc it was close to my house, for about a year and a half. Every time I'd go to pick up a medication it seemed like I was bothering them. (There's one woman that works in the pharmacy that is super sweet and helpful.) Everyone has an attitude, despite me being polite, smiling, the whole nine. Heaven forbid there was a problem with a med, or a new prescription. I've had to call my insurance multiple times bc the employees were apparently too busy to send out a p/o or let me know if something's wrong. If you have to take a lot of medications/chronic illnesses, go somewhere else.

Our family has been doing business with this rite aid for over twenty years plus, we are not just customers, we are family! It does however break my heart to see the few people in the pharmacy working beyond hard in these trying times with Covid and ailments but they always come through for my family and I probably don’t thank them enough and I apologize for that. Westley has had the longest tenure since we have been there and I only think of him as my brother! The crew there are always helpful and always glad to answer your questions. Ever since Jennifer and the Indian lady pharmacist left , the pharmacy cannot operate correctly because they are short handed and have "floaters" come in to help out .Well I think they only mess things up ! They don't even answer the phone when you call in for a refill ! I called in after hours and left a request for a refill 2 days ago and haven't heard anything back ! They are supposed to send me a text message telling me they are ready for pick up .They messed up last week and sold out of the medication I was supposed to get so I had to drive to another city to get it ! They had better get it together real quick , or I might my going elsewhere to get my scripts filled ! I've been going there for years and I would hate for that to happen!

Don't come here for Covid Testing! 5 days waiting on results, and no one can help! The appointment is set up by Project Baseline, their homepage says it's being handled by PWN Health. PWN says they aren't a lab and dont handle the test. So where are my daughter's results?! PWN has a telephone number which only takes you to a recording stating to submit an email if it has been 5 days and no response. This is being handled very poorly. My child is out of school, and the school nurse waiting on these results also, to inform any who may have been exposed.

I had to change my pharmacy location but it was a great choice. This place is neat, clean wide aisles, and more choices! And the staff are very nice!
