Terrible customer service. They went so far as to as for a customer’s social security number just to make a purchase! The people who work there are rude classist people only interested in farming people’s personal information - I will never shop there again.

Good selection of clothing and great for the basics for your wardrobe. Dress to impress when you go because if you happen by and are in jeans and sneakers NO ONE is going to give you the time of day. I’ve been in twice and was not greeted either time nor did anyone offer to start a dressing room for me and my daughter although we were carrying around an armful of clothes. The staff were fawning all over the two older ladies driving Mercedes and Lexus’. They really need to stop shopper profiling and treat everyone the same. I bought quite a bit both times, too.

I visited Talbot's for the first time in December. I stopped in, just for a minute, because I was in a hurry and I didn't buy anything. I wanted to write the review because I was surprised at how friendly the staff was; genuinely friendly. We were greeted when we walked in and two other associates offered to help us as well. I was in love with how bright and beautiful the apparel was and I wished I had more time to shop. I plan to go back there soon, when I have more time. Well done, Ladies.
