Rented a unit for almost 5 years. No issues, all my items were safe and dry when I went to retrieve them. I used Varsity Moving to move these items from an apartment to storage. They too were awesome to work with and handled with care. I would use both again.

Melissa at the Apperson facility has been literally THE BEST storage manager we have ever worked with. From little things like letting us know if our camper cover blew off to handling cancelling the camper parking and switching our storage unit to a smaller unit all during a 3 minute phone call and the paperwork taken care of so we could do the switch that weekend. Just friendly and exceptional service. (Exact same sort of experience with their movers also, just a top notch company all around).

Virginia Varsity has showed and proven to be one of the best storages we have dealt with during our whole Government time. Melissa have been so patient and professional during our most stressful time in need! She’s truly a sweet and low key person. I’ve called her fretting about my last minute needs for storage when our home sold so fast and needed to enter temporary housing. Now, We just moved again after finding our Forever home! I had to quickly store my Rv at a time when everyone else was too. I was having trouble finding a place that had room. I got the last available spot with these folks and I'm so glad I did!! Everyone is especially friendly and kind. Very secure and very accommodating with taking my payments over the phone as well as telling you that they personally check the lots daily and your Rv is fine. I would definitely recommend and use again!!!

I had to store 50% of our stuff here for a year before the move and it worked out great! The storage units are extremely well maintained. Very easy access to the storage units making moving a breeze.
