The work seems fine on my Jeep but my car seat was stolen the week they had It. They also had It for a week and hadn’t even looked at It which is why It had to stay. $300 car seat. Hope the owner sees this. Might need to check your associates with babies/toddlers. Would be nice to have this back. Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Used to be a really good place to go to but it looks like all the people that used to be there is not there any longer. a simple weld job ..they couldn't even do that. something they said they couldn't do was just done by another muffler shop. it's kind of funny how you want to push business away... Top it off you set an appointment at 8 o'clock and the technician that's supposed to work shows up 20 minutes late.... why make an appointment if your employees can't even show up to work on time And I really do believe they called him out on it and he didn't want to do the work on my vehicle that's what it really boiled down to

First time using this shop and am very happy with the service. We had the rear brakes done (pads & rotors) and the price was $481. For comparison, the front brakes cost $614 at Valley Honda. We will return.

I am happy to recommend Interstate Muffler. I needed some work done on the dashboard heating system. They were able to get it fixed in a timely manner, just in time for cooler weather. Now I don't have to worry about being cold when I'm driving. Everyone I had contact with there was polite and helpful.

I do not recommend this place. Very slow in getting work done and the cost was 300 dollars more than the estimate. Poor communication by the office. We were told 3 different days it was going to be done. We had to call each time. No calls were made to update. On the 4th day we were told we went to pick up our vehicle and noticed when we got home the dirty engine cover was sitting in the back seat. They were good 15 years ago but now are horrible. Several of our friends have said the same thing and they will no longer get any of my business or my family's.

I highly recommend using them! Amazing service, quality repairs and inspections. Vicki and Jennifer are very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant experience with them. They even caught issues during repairs, that Jenkins automotive didn't catch when they did my state inspection. They make sure you're getting quality services and goods for your money! I will most definitely be returning here for all my future automotive needs!

An honest repair shop. They do more than mufflers. They also offer good prices on tires, brakes, and batteries. It appears that they do every type of repair and upgrade. In my limited experience, they are friendly, fast, and fair.
