After having a terrible customer service at Harrisonburg I came here and Jennifer was awesome she fixed my problem right away by just calling one person, i recomed this place and Jennifer she knows what she is doing and she is a keeper I think I got her name right. THANK YOU!

First off I wouldn't even give 1 star if possible.... I called the 800 number earlier today to see how much it would cost to start service with the "4 lines for $100" they told me it would be $25 each for the first monthly bill which would be the $100.. Plus, $15 each for the activation which would bring it to $160 then $3 processing fee plus tax. Which total would be around $160-170... Go into the store to start service and the guy wanted to charge $84/each for 4 lines which would have been over $300 to start!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!
