A run of bad luck. Unfortunately for me I’ve had to come here twice in the last three weeks due to road hazards eating my tires. FORTUNATELY for me, I came to Discount Tire on College Drive and not somewhere else! Best prices and availability. The staff and technicians are the most professional I’ve ever encountered and this place is always super clean. They didn’t try to upsell me, they only tried to get me safely on the road as fast as they could and at the best price. Don’t waste time looking or driving somewhere else in hopes to save $5.

Just had my 3rd experience with this location. They definitely have something going. Polite and efficient. Always willing to work with you and explain. Made an appointment to get 2 tire mounted and balanced and they had me in and out in 45min. That's service. Would give them 5 starts but my first experience was sub par as they scratch one of my brand new wheels while fixing a puncture..

I don't really like this place. They aren't much cheaper than anywhere else (despite the name). Charged me for TPMS service when I bought new tires yet they didn't preform that service. Had to go back twice, first time, the problem still wasn't fixed. They spoke to me like I was stupid. Second time, the wait, with an appointment, was over 2.5 hrs for something they should of fixed and had already charged me for the very first time I went. Ended up fixing it myself. Ordered the TPMS gasket online, popped the bead cleaned the wheel and sensor put new gasket in, problem fixed.

Had a flat tire & needed it replaced asap. I actually needed 2 already so, I ended buying a whole set. With military discount I spent right under $500 for a decent set of mid grade tires. They got me in & out within 45mins. I was very pleased. Very clean establishment as well. Plenty of space to sit & wait. Customer service was on point also. They will most likely continue getting my business going forward.

I needed a rim for my 2013 Ford Escape… they charged $450 for the tire and the rim the first time, and they took off the sensor from my old tire rim. Went back today and gave them the tire and the rim.. they gave me a new sensor that I didn’t even want. I wanted my old sensor back. The mechanics were amazing. They answered all of the questions that I had. Below is my old tire rim and the tire plug that they took. Then they charged $138 just to buy another rim from another place. I want my old tire cap back. When my dad called them, they said that they had the same rim and tire. Only to find out that they didn’t have the same rim but the same tire. We had to put in a special order just for a rim. The manager was good but not great. He told my dad that the price is well be lower than the first time price. better deal. Come to find out he had to pay an additional $140. The manager was somewhat helpful.

They jumped right on the truck and had it done in a very short time. The tires I picked out rubbed on the front. They had a smaller one and changed them out in a flash!!! The first time was to fix a flat in my Tahoe from a nail puncturing the tire while riding near by the store. Randomly stopped in and it was fixed in no time. Second visit was to install a set if tires on an older Jeep Grand Cherokee. So far so good. The front of the house and service area (especially Sean) great in conjunction with each other leading to a formula for success. Additionally, looking into buying a set of rims from here for my wife's sport wagon.
