Bad service at the Car Wash. My car, I don't know wash and I paid. He also did not give me my money back and he did not give me a solution to wash my car and he says that he gave me a discount, when I paid the full amount of the Car Wash

I went to this gas station to out gas. I was on empty, and I never checked for the gas prices, but my God, this gas station was the most expensive one. In the whole area, please avoid this gas station at all costs. Go to the 711 across or anything else around here. And it is not because of the gas prices but always been like that, I remember putting gas back in the day, and it was still too expensive. It was my mistake to go to this gas station, so please avoid it.

Tried to wash my car Sunday. Car wash was not properly working, non of the salt was removed, under carriage was not rinsed. Immediately went to front of store to talk to Cashier. Ben immediately insisted I did something wrong. He offered to wipe down my car, who wants salt wiped off a car? Worse customer service ever.

I walked in & headed to the restrooms & was stopped by a man who asked me if I was buying anything. I told him I was going to buy a drink but needed to use the restroom first. He then LET ME pass. Incredibly rude. Also, the gas is .25 more than nearby gas stations.

Cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful. Me and my family were pumping gas and were trying to use the bathroom. One of my daughters sat on one the chairs in front of the games and the lady was very rude to her about sitting there for a few seconds while she waited for her sister that was currently in the bathroom. Cashier has some issues. Lady in her 50s; and the bathrooms are disgusting, they need some cleaning.

Denied my child using the bathroom because she wasn’t a “paying customer.” The staff here need some lessons in compassion. I was right behind her and we were about to be customers, but nope. You lost our business.

The guy talked me into getting the most expensive car wash because I need a clean car for work. I did not have any soap at all. I went inside to notify him and he said yes it does. He argued with me that it does. This is my second attempt at this location. Will definetly not be a 3rd. Horrible customer service.

This was my "GO-TO" station to get gas ALL the time. Not anymore! I went to get a quick "economy" wash and the wash never worked. It spritzed half my car with water and stopped working. I went inside to tell the incompetent employee, expecting some help. Things go wrong, I get it. But, my expectation was that when you tell someone, they make it right. They either refund your money or they reset it and let you try again. But, this employee made it sound like that is what I get for buying the "economy" wash. That I used the code already. He could not comprehend that, yes I used the code, but the machine malfunctioned. I walked out without any resolution. As for buying gas there weekly... never again. I will find another place to stop. This is a matter of principle, not the $8 I lost and a car that never got cleaned, I am using my dollars to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of service by the employee. This happened 9/9/16 3:15 p.m. (In case the manager might care to know)

To gas it's ok, but my husband snd I tried their car wash and clearly it needs maintenance. First you can only pay cash outside or go inside, so we paid the $8 cash outside and then it turns out that after taking our money the car wash didn't even work. So once on of the workers was informed she kept on making reverse and go back in and reverse again. After asking for a refund and being told no, that we had to wait until she was done reseting the machine. So probably after 15+ minutes she got it to work. Clearly we will NEVER get out car washed there again, too much of a headache, I'd rather take a drive to the Shell station off Minniville and the Parkway.
