Even when I purchased gas the fatty blondie guy refused to open the restrooms because "he says it's closed". Make sure to hire competent people next time.

Considering they just got robbed, unfortunately, I'd stay away from here. Kennewick is pretty ghetto in general though.

I wouldn't go in there at night I'm from out of town "Pendleton" the morning an evening shift really nice but I went in last night the cashier was out smoking with his friends that blocked the pump it took a few minutes for the cashier to come in the store an his friend came in with him at just stared me down I was very uncomfortable so I left

Clean clean facilities and friendly staff. We usually filled up at this station when visiting the Tri-Cities. Never had any issues.

The inside of the store is always nice and clean, employee friendly. Gas price is decent for the most part and there is always fluid and towels to clean your windows while pumping gas.

Good pricing but the pump at the back only takes cash I guess, no card reader. Won't take alt ID for fuel reward and won't take Kroger chain reward either. Timemark Oct 2017.

Keep in mind this may end up getting updated if I ever go into the actual store I mainly go to get gas and it's pretty pricey but if you have a shell rewards card it's not a credit card it's a rewards card it does save you a little bit at the pump not a lot but a little bit more than the plenti card there are not enough pumps so that can be a bit of a problem aside from the price other than that it's okay the typical gas station

I just got gas, but their facilities are excellent! I felt like I was in someone's home bathroom! There were even floors. Minus a star mainly because there are so few pumps that it got crowded very quickly.

i wouldnt like to even give them a star. My mom recently entered a drawing to win a free turkery for thanksgiving this year and she won. later she went to go get her prize to arrive and find out that the store just simply "gave it to someone else" not even a gift card to compensate and NOT EVEN A SORRY! So rude and did not handle the the situation AT ALL. i will never spend money there again!

Their services fair their car wash need some work doesn't clean front of the car and it cleans the side of the car with a wheel scrubber right between the 2 doors leave a big scratch mark but they don't have a phone number to call them so I have to go over there and talk to myself but they got really good coffee I'll give him that Thanks
