Friendly and knowledgeable staff with a love for automotive. Will always take the time to answer your questions about what you need for your car, if they can. And if they don't have the answers, they'll be happy to try and help you figure it out. if you're trying to save money by doing it yourself, try this place first.

It is about as good as it gets any where...its what we've come to expect...Advance is big time and can have virtually any, non dealer only, part here today, or by the next business day...Plus, tools, warranties, supplies, and candy's, etc. Advance is not alone in the lack a retail savvy. The whole secondary market, in automotive retail, needs a reality check. It appears to me that corner blacksmith / Auto Mechanic image. Is not meeting the expectations of the new teckyish consumer. Expecting to see the dirty oil cloth in the corner, the smells, the sounds....Delivery is replacing in store purchasing... The redundant, grocery store sheving, the general disorganization, messy...ill thought out, and hodge podge displays and advertising. Customer Service is "not" having people wondering around wundering what the differences are between your products. Then waiting in line to be serviced at a counter...It's not 1970, any more... Maybe sitting with a knowledgeable automotive person, helping to determine a repair strategy, to maintain and extend the life of the customers vehicle. And, the correct parts and supplies needed, would be to much to ask. From and industry that is partially based on planned obsolescence.... Customer Service is about enabling Your customer, forming bonds and encouraging customers Loyalty, ETC...... How come us'se guys ain't got no hitcin post out front fir my horse...don't forget 2 thumbs-up if you like this review

Employees don't seem interested in helping walk in costumers who are not frequent costumers. They tend to move slow and not give my questions a serious concern. I would suggest Napa for better service and even Oreilly's because at least they try.
