Do not buy the cheap accessories! They are not worth it! Customer service is not there focus at all. They feel because their rates are low they can treat you any kind of way. Well I'm taking our 3 lines back to Sprint. That's that's what I get for doing cheap. You get what you pay for. Would have given 0 stars if I could!
