TERRIBLE!!!! Just went there to buy a phone and they said they can't handle Sprint customers. "Our manager just left and he is the only one that can do Sprint customers. Have a nice day."

Clifton was wonderful!!! He was patient and knowledgeable in assisting me with my phone issues and he assisted me with my Bluetooth in my truck!!! Quality customer service 👍🏽👍🏽

After working a 12 hour shift I still had to get the last thing on my daughters list which was iPhones I made it to the store 30 minutes before they closed and I was expecting to get poor customer service cause I'm sure they were ready to go home but keonta B was the best. He was patient friendly even told me to sit down a down rest while he get everything together since I been on my feet at work all day. I haven't experience this kind of customer service in a really long time.

The gentleman who was there didnt even know what I needed. I HAVE a new samsung S 21. I needed a charger. He tried to sell me a USB (which is not the correct charger.) He had no idea. This store should close. The T mobile facility near mayfair is great. Skip the one on North. I wish I could give this place ZERO star's

Whenever we stop in, the staff at this location is super helpful. They are able to get our devices good to go. They have always been able to provide good recommendations and information on upgrade options. Thankful to have a good store nearby.

My phone was suddenly incapacitated by the assistive feature being accidentally activated. I was becoming increasingly frustrated and wanted to smash my phone. To my chagrin, my local T-Mobile store had closed during the pandemic. My sister told me about the store near her, on North and 57th. The two T Mobile associates, Germany and Clifton, knew right away what the problem was, and we're able to fix it in a matter of minutes, giving me valuable information for future use. I soooo appreciate their expertise! Thank you, gentlemen~ you really saved the day!!!

The workers need to be fired as soon as possible. I walked I the store and no one even asked to help me. Just because your life sucks doesn’t mean you can’t find the good in you to HELP a customer. If there was zero stars you would get it. I hope it closes down :)

Use to be a good store when they first opened. Sales people suck. Never know what there doing. Guys stopped helping me to get on phone. Next time I went they asked me to go to ATM because they card machine wasn't working. I took my business to the South side
