I've been taking my car to sparks for 2 year's now, I've never had a problem, I buy my own part's, come early, car is done in a reasonable time, and cost is reasonable as well, my Bessie has never had any problems after leaving sparks. I don't go anywhere else even for tire's.

Biggest Rip Off! I payed them almost 700 for new rotors an a hub to get did…. The next day my car was rubbing the break pads were gone… so u guys put brand new rotors on my car with the same break pads…. It’s obvious you all new I needed pads too but instead of informing me you all didn’t which caused my old pads to rub against new rotors causing them to grind which means I will be out of more money!! I need to talk to the owner of this place!! To to mention a shootout happened while I was waitin on my service an me an other customers had to get on the floor!! Worse place even I do NOT recommend to anyone!!! They will hear from me Monday mornin!!!

OMG, this is a warning, for anyone that cares. After my strange experience with this shop, I would warn that you keep away from this place. They 1st quoted me a price of $50 to look underneath my car after running over a speed bump. Couldn't make that appointment, so I called back this morning & I was told by the same man that the cost would be $100 and if I was going to have the car towed to them, I would have to be with the vehicle and had to pay the $100 right away upfront. Like are you freaking kidding me? What respectable car shop operates this way? I basically asked was he serious & when he said yes, I told him no thanks. This Sparks location is way different form the way it used to run. They're sacm artist & now I'll just find another shop. Services: Electrical, Steering & suspension repair

My truck had a misfire in cylinder 1 they changed spark plugs and coil for cylinder 1 I was charged $238 I still had a misfire in cylinder 1 Place same somewhat Shady be careful

They do great work, However my car was left very dirty on the outside with dirty hand prints and grease smudges on my car.

Service was terrible went in for a tune up started having engine problems immediately afterwards talking bout all they did was hooked up the diagnostic test took it off n car started running weird n cutting off now like I'm stupid so don't go here if you want to save n have quality work done!!

Took my truck in to have my transmission fuild topped of and it was full they still charged me $80 there owners are just money hungry the old owners were great people if you saw it was just car repair for a little over a year then they was able to reuse the name this not to originally owns of the sparks that was there for year and helped the community out so much good year at mid Town or Velesquez on 60th in capital are very good places to have your car worked on and they won't cheat you

I got my car towed from another shop to their shop for a electric problems they were so professional, identified the problem, pricing was suprisingly good. They’re customer service is extremely good and they’re so sweet! The only thing Is they open late like 9 o clock.

I went here to fix a misfire problem. They said they did the best they could and I would need a new engine for $1200. They did the best they could to educate me on the problem with my car.But my car is still doing the same thing. The guys there are nice. I just wish the car was fixed.
