If I could give no stars I would. I had good service here before and now that I went 9/26/2022. I had terrible service. The person named Jared, was assisting me. I asked for my account information which he said he had no access to. Although after resetting up my account is unavailanle as soon as i get home to login. I went to get my phone updated since i had mine for a long time. I can't receive any messaged from new contacts, my cricket app doesn't work and i can't even use hbomax. I couldn't even see the phone options to whether i can upgrade to a new phone for $0, which i have done in the past. He also didn't even look if there were such deals for me. Now I am trying to access my account on my laptop and it is telling me it is unavailable. What he did was change my password and since he told me my username was incorrect he changed that for me as well. Once i got on to access the login it told me there was no account with it. Then i clicked the forgot username link and it gave me the username i had given to him to use to access my account.

I had poor customer service. I bought a fone. And the speaker was not working and the worker gave me such a hard time. After over an hour i got another fone. I know i will not be returning to this store.

It's ran by a family and it's cool but when asking for help or customer service they tend to the kids and ignore customers. Having a screaming baby is difficult as is but having the baby on your hip while asking for help wasn't really what I wanted to deal with .
