In the beginning they'll tell you whatever you want to hear to earn your business is any sales and will do when you come back to them they will tell you that you have to contact a corporate store or contact customer service they're not able to do nothing and literally they charge for everything definitely taking my services elsewhere

*Update 6/01/2022 * Even though i had a bad experience the first time i had my phone shipped there being it was the closest to my house. I figured im just picking up a phone how could it go wrong? Ha was i wrong... I was expecting my phone today and recieved a text notification saying my phone was ready to be picked up. After a long wait I showed LUIS (the employee i dealt with this time) the text He tells me its "nope i don't have it here. Ups delivers tomorrow so you can try back then". I left the store and a cpl mins later he locks the door to close. This was at 7:40-7:45pm, 15 mins before they actually closed too. I flagged him down to open the door so i could show him my tracking and question him why would it say it was delivered to that location @ a certain time and signed for by a certain person and it not be here? He tells me again " nope your phones not here and i dont know who the person who signef for it is". He said this with a smart a** attitude and a smirk on his face! I could go on and more details about the RIDICULOUS service at this location but was trying to make this short. I will definitely be emailing the store as requested and i have already called in and made my complaint which ive been assured will be dealt with. I hope it is. Horrible service at this location. I was waiting for help and was next in line when a couple who came in after me went right to the guy (Jose) who came from the back and started helping them. I told him i was actually next but wasnt even acknowledged. No greeting or hum idk maybe " oh im sorry i was helping them and ill be right with you" would of been nice. When he was done with them and called me it was even worse. I explained to him my problem and he says "nope sorry i cant help you". I was on the phone with customer care since before getting to the store and was pretty frustrated so i just walked out. On my way out i told a couple who was going into the store " good luck there absolutely no help and horrible service"... I was mad lol... Anyways a few mins later i was still sitting in my car when the same couple came out saying " you were totally right they are useless". The employees need to be retrained or i suggest replaced ASAP. I went to another location right after and had a excellent experience there. I wouldn't waste my time trying this location -1 * in my opinion.

I got a phone for my niece yesterday and let me tell you I walked out happy, so did my niece. . The guy who helped us (wish I knew his name) was very helpful and informative, he made sure we got what we were looking for. T-mobile itself had great offers and something that worked with my budget and interest. The overall experience at this location was excellent i would totally recommend T-mobile and better yet this location !! 👍👍👍👍

Customer service is excellent, had the phone I wanted, iPhone 12 Pro Max in Gold. Management is on point, Jamm🥇goes above and beyond to assist and resolve issues, she’s the best..

The gal who works at the central Ave and broadway store is nice and helpful. She does everything possible to get the device you need. She is very friendly and a hard worker.

Customer service is awesomeness! The energy in the store is absolute! Assoc;Juan went above &beyond with efficient time , also shared his knowledge with me. Met District manager she is amazing! I'm glad Ichanged provider's. Totally recommend this store .Great team there.

Honestly they don’t even deserve a star. Daniel the manager is rude! He made my poor grandma cry the way he belittled and yelled at her. (Already spoke to Corp, but haven’t heard back from their GM) I’m not gonna email you guys back! Corporate told me y’all was gonna reach out to me and i still haven’t heard back until i put this review up. Naw ask Corp the info i gave them and then hit me up.

I spoke to Tovias and he was awesome, well, the whole team was actually awesome, but I had talked to him the most. He was very knowledgeable and even recognized my phone right away, I love it when you go in a store and the people make it their job to know every single thing on the stuff they sell. My phone was an unlocked version but he recognized it right away and knew how to open it and all. He suggested a new phone for my fiance and we left pretty happy. He took care of everything, all the staff had answers to our questions and didn't feel like we were pressured to buy anything. I absolutely loved it and almost considered just getting myself a new phone. Getting my siblings in there and buying them one too. They were nice, friendly and on point. Tovias went above and beyond making sure we were happy. We stood there for a good while and made light conversation, overall these guys are definitely the ones to go for anything t-mobile. If I ever need anything I will be sure to head back in there. No other store will do!! you guys are just awesome :D please keep up the good work.

Hugo was great!!! he is very knowledgeable!! he had an answer for all my questions and when he didn't he got the answer from his manager and made sure i left that store informed and happy. I will be going back to get my niece a new phone soon! The whole team was good at what they were doing store was a little full but i got to listen to Emmanuel,William,Tovias and they have great customer service!! so good i wrote their names down for this and many other reviews! THANK YOU FOR YOUR AMAZING SERVICE!!

Overall best experience I've had at tmobile so far..! I went in and right away one of the reps helped me out . Not only did they resolve my problem as best as they could, I also left with a new phone . That wrapped up the great experience!! Good job guys
