Awesome customer service. I needed internet service as quickly as possible and I believe the gentleman helping me was Isaiah did everything he could to locate a modem. Within the hour he called, and he gave clear instructions on the set up. We have internet! I highly recommend the TMobile store on 48th st and baseline

This store is doing a scam where if you do a manufacture warranty exchange on a phone, they will tell that it is not acceptable so they can keep the warranty exchange and deny you taking the phone. They claim that it costs the store money to do the exchange but in reality, it does not cost the store money at all. When you do a manufacture warranty exchange, a phone is sent to the store for pick up. It does not come out of their stock at all so how could it cost them money. Trevor claims that he is the manager there and said this is their policy. The store was picked only to have the phone shipped there to be picked up. Not to take a phone from their stock to replace it. The phone in question is a Galaxy Flip phone. It is notorious for the middle part the display to come apart from the display and mess up the display. I would not go to this store at all.. it seems like they have some kind of scam going on to keep new phones for profit.

I definitely recommend this store. Even though it’s further from my house I prefer the customer service here. When I have a question they definitely look up the answers!

I just want to thank Trent and Red for helping me a metro pass customer. On July 23, 2022 thanks to them I might be switching to t-mobile soon.

I recently switched from Verizon after 13yrs to T-Mobile. I received a great deal and bought a new phone. Went into this store and Nick((Red) assisted me completely what I needed to set up my new account. This young man was AWESOME. Professional Service!

It was closed down on Friday August 13th 2021 in the middle of the day. I was there around 3 pm. It was supposed to be open until 8 pm. There were UPS stickers all over the door since no one was there to accept packages. I had to pickup a phone there that T-Mobile mailed there for a warranty exchange. I couldn't. Going to try again today. Obviously will have to call first to make sure someone showed up to work today. Someone needs to be fired. I really hope the manager will look into who didn't open the store on Friday. I will formally complain when I go today. I already tried calling T-Mobile to complain but I don't think he really submitted my complaint. Update: I went today Sunday August 15th 2021. They lost my warranty replacement phone. They said it was nowhere to be found and even said that it was cancelled. I called T-Mobile and they said that it was never cancelled and supposed to be there. The guys at the store said the manager walked out days ago and the place is operating without a manager which won't allow them to do warranty replacements anyway. T-Mobile has started an investigation on this location. Their phone line is still down not even T-Mobile can get a hold of them.

The service by Micah Hickman was amazing. I needed assistance more than once and he was always there to help. TMobile cell service has been great too.

I've been a T-Mobile customer since they started and I've never been treated so badly. I went in on 12/31/19 for a jump upgrade. At first the employees were nice until they started my transaction and their system froze. Nothing was done to my account, but yet they said I'd have to sit there over an hour while they shut it down. I asked why and they said it was policy. So I sat there watching then all play on Facebook and refer another customer to the apple store although they got their IPhone at that store. Finally the time was up and they did my upgrade. They put on a screen protector, even though I said I just wanted a case because the protectors fall off. I was told if that happened to call or come back and they'd take it off my account. After 2 hours everything was done. When I asked for a receipt for the add ons I was told the printer was down. I left hoping I wouldn't have to deal with them again, but no such luck. On 1/6 less than a week the screen protector popped off the phone. I called the store were I was told tough luck, laughed at and that the manager would call me back. Well I've never gotten a call back and now I'm stuck paying for something that isn't even on the phone.
