Horrible incompetent service / Mgt. Issue finally resolve when they did what corporate told them to do to fix my account/ service. Wasted :30m for a 5m fix, time to find a different provider!

I have been a business customer of Verizon for about 15 to 20 years. Verizon sucks! I need technical support and it's saturday! Really? I have to wait till Monday to be able to reach anybody at verizon? This is not the first time this has happened. Anybody with the business account gets zero help on weekends. Let me repeat, Verizon sucks!

Long wait times, no order on sequence as we saw they bump random new people to the front of the line based on some internal criteria, mainly noticed advanced age and race was a factor but who knows. I would seriously avoid this place if possible, use another store. Best of luck on your phones! Thanks for checking my review.

Terrible customer service!! First agent couldn't answer a simple question, but had a terrible attitude. Second agent again bad attitude and no concern that as a 25 year+ customer I would need to switch carriers without accurate information. Did an online chat and got the wrong answer. Switched carriers, Verizon charged auto payment after cancellation and now I can reach anyone phone or chat. I am extremely disappointed and angered by this lack of concern and any semblance of customer service.

I got to this location at 6:30 pm and they were already closed when the business hours listed say 7pm -- I am furious because Verizon has been charging me full price for a line that was supposed to be suspended back in January when the phone broke and I paid the insurance (Asurion thru Verizon) for my replacement and I STILL have not received my replacement phone after I paid the fee and they claim to have shipped it 4 times but each time they provided shipping information I received an alert that the label was wrong and it was therefore "undeliverable" this is absolutely a company that is scamming their customers and grossly over charging!!!!!!!! I was told by verizon when I called that I needed to go to this specific location to speak to a manger in person to resolve this issue and have them swap out my phone ---- how ridiculous that they don't even keep their own business hours!!!!! Guess I will have to contact the state department of consumer affairs instead! 5 months without my phone or service which I am being charged FULL PRICE FOR IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! And don't bother calling their customer service line, the most incompetent people ever who act like they don't know or understand what you are talking about even when you speak to them as if they are a small child!ld be able to give them a negative stars rating at this point!!!!!!!!

They were terrible they let four people cut in front of me when I'm trying to stay out of there with mask on cuz my wife is a high risk for covid with 20% of their lungs and if nobody had a mad so I had to wait on the one person that did and other people are going ahead of me not very good experience after we going there the whole time always do you guys and all the money we pay and a report Plus they turned around and left the charging plug not the plug but the adapter out of my wife's phone

Long time Verizon customers. Replaced our pixels with iPhone. Needed data transfer. Went to Verizon on Bell and 7th street in Phoenix. Was told they only do that by appointment and it's a week away. Considered changing to T-Mobil. Went to Verizon on Tatum and Shea. Rachel was more than happy to assist us with that. I was at the Verizon in camelback and 16st and they didn’t have any cases so I wanted to check the Shea location to see if they had any. I called to try and get a hold of them to ask before driving up there .. they had me on hold for 20 min so while I was on hold I drove over and I got there (while still on hold !) To find and empty store with 4 employees just “hanging out “ all I wanted was for them to answer and tell me no they didn’t have the phone case in stock , but I guess answering the phone is not part of their job .. go Figure smh

Went in there this week to pick up the a new phone with my girlfriend and Jonathan was there to help us out. The wait is sometimes longer than I would like but the service is always great. Jonathan went out of his way to take care of us and was able to fix some issues with he spotted on my account. He was very knowledgeable about the sometimes confusing deals and was able to explain it to us in a way that made since. Thanks again for all the help!
